Loved the villa and it’s location to the town

Great location within minutes of town and national park. Very friendly host!

The location was fantastic, the patio and the porch were much appreciated, and the house was comfortable with nice beds and bathrooms.

The showers were sometimes cold and hard to get warm. So we had to plan showers out so everyone got a warm shower. The kitchen was small and not very clean when we arrived, but since it was small it was easy to clean!

A fabulous setting and location in a private villa in the heart of Cassis, near Plage de Bestouan.

Fabulous setting and location in Cassis. To have a villa is exceptional. Effective air conditioning; easy parking (in Cassis, this is again exceptional).

Mosquitos (but there are plenty of resources for combatting them); a few maintenance subjects (nothing too major) The house heats up very quickly without the air conditioning.

Perfect accomodation.

Secure and quiet. Perfect location 5-10 mins walk down steps to the port. Awesome view of port and cliffs from the main bedroom and balcony. Aircon throughout. Highly recommended.

The location and view were awesome. Jean-Luc was very helpful when we couldn't find the location and also providing additional information about the area.

If you are planning to cook full meals, you may want to bring some additional kitchenware from home. I wish I could have also rented a beach towel along with the linens & bath towels.

Cassis is beautiful and the property was equally nice

the view was stunning-it was in a private park with parking. very comfortable and a great place for a family reunion

A beautiful property - the problems we encountered can be solved.

The location is excellent - a short (8 min.) walk to the harbor and also a short (5 min.) walk to a small beach nearby - Anse de Corton. The house itself is beautiful, with a very nice view and set above a quiet gated community.

The details of the apartment were confusing: - we had to search for bedding - the beds were not prepared for us. - there were inadequate - hardly any - places in the bathrooms to hang bath towels. There was only a tiny sample bottle of soap for four people. - electrical outlets were not in logical places, so that one had to use outlets in hallway instead of in the bedroom. - whereas some windows had screens (a good thing, as there are mosquitoes) there were very few that closed correctly and not enough screens to be able to enjoy the lovely breeze at this house. - the small "children's" bedroom is extremely small, with a tiny window - about 25 cm. square. Fortunately, we were small people and one of our group of 4 took the room. - the kitchen had very little to offer - we had only 3 days and would have liked to enjoy coffee on the beautiful terrace without having to go out and buy coffee. It seemed to us that the property is fairly new as a short-term rental. Hopefully, the owners can use our comments to make some improvements.

Quiet. Beautiful views. Hostess was very helpful. We forgot our wine in the fridge and she took the time to bag it up and wait for us to retrieve it.

Tolle Lage, sehr okay für 4 Personen!

Super die Lage/Blick auf Hafen/Bucht, perfekt, dass durch die Gartenanlage man relativ zügig zum Hafen kam. Betten okay:-)

Grundsauberkeit sehr mäßig. „Mückengitter“ 1. Etage Bad u. 3. Zimmer (Bunker) nicht vorhanden-wichtig. Bettzeug extra kaufen. Treppe sehr eng/steil.

Heel fijn vakantiehuis op rustige locatie, maar ook vlakbij strand en centrum Cassis!

Prachtig vrijstaand vakantiehuis op afgesloten park. Rustige plek op 5 min lopen van het (drukke) centrum van Cassis. Eigen ruime parkeerplek. Volledig airconditioned huis. Terras met uitzicht op strand en dorp. Gelegen op heuvel. Erg vriendelijke beheerder die ons goede adviezen kon geven over alle activiteiten en faciliteiten in de buurt. Goede Wifi!

2 persoons bed op de 1e etage was wel erg kort en smal, maar over dit vakantiehuis is verder niets negatiefs te melden.

La villa dispone di 3 camere, cucina attrezzata, terrazza e servizi per famiglie (lavatrice, parcheggio privato). È ideale per chi cerca una base comoda e funzionale per soggiorni familiari a Cassis.

Purtroppo la pulizia iniziale non era all’altezza delle aspettative e abbiamo riscontrato la presenza di formiche. Detto questo, l’assistenza ricevuta è stata efficace e cortese, e questo ha reso comunque gradevole il soggiorno.
