A Nonsmokers nightmare

The view from the front windows in living room out on to harbor were very nice .

The apartment Wreaked of cigarettes. It was nauseating. If it wasn’t so late we would have happily forgone our money . They charge a 40 Euro cleaning fee and 10 Euros each for linen . It should go to fumigating the place . The parking was on the other side of harbor as was the reception to pick up the keys . There was a parking area , I’m sure for a fee with apartment but on other side of harbor so we opted to pay the public garage fee near the apartment.

Stunning Views & Perfect Location in Cassis The view and location of this property were absolutely incredible—photos simply don’t do it justice. We especially loved watching the sunset from the lounge; it was a highlight of our stay. You can hear the gentle hum of chatter from the restaurants below, which added to the charming atmosphere without being intrusive. We took a walk to the Calanques, which was breathtaking and highly recommended for the amazing scenery. The apartment is perfectly situated on the main strip, just steps away from a variety of restaurants, two beautiful beaches, a supermarket, and more. Check-in was easy—we picked up the keys from a nearby hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The apartment itself is simple and somewhat dated, but the unbeatable view and prime location more than make up for that. It’s spacious, with plenty of room for our family of five, and we enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it by a few days. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to experience the best of Cassis!

Position and view. Quiet and A/C was great for sleeping during the heat wave we experienced

The E40 cleaning fee didn’t show when I booked so this was a shock fur only one night. Apparently it was on the first photo but photos were slow loading with the wifi I was using so that could have been the problem For a week, the cleaning fee would have been fully accordable Could also have had 2 big mugs not just espresso cups

A beautiful stay in a lovely location close to the city center!

Beautiful views and very conveniently located next to the main port of Cassis! The rooms were comfortable and the property office was near by if you had questions.

I didn’t realize when I booked that the apartment is managed by a separate office that you go to check in, so I wish that information was made more clear when booking. The apartment itself was a bit of a walk from the parking garage with our luggage- it was all manageable, just something to be aware of when booking!

Fantastic location!

The location was fantastic, view of the harbor amazing. Comfy beds, good shower, roomy front room.

Checking in was challenging. Gps doesn't work very well, it was hard to find the hotel to pick up the keys. No convenient place to park to drop the luggage at the apartment which is in the pedestrian/ main tourist area and on a pedestrian only road. Paid for parking space in their tiny garage which was also really hard to find, and closer to the hotel. I would recommend parking in the public lot near the apartment first (if space is available) then checking in at the hotel to get the keys, then dragging the luggage to the apartment.

Balcony view amazing but cant make up for other issues. Do not stay here.

Location was excellent and the balcony had a great view over the port, right in the action. This however was the property's only redeeming feature.

We could not check in till 6pm - 3 hours after advertised time, but still had to leave at regular check out time. After we were given keys we looked around to discover a really dirty apartment - rubbish piled up on balcony, fridge dirty and full of someone else's old food, marks and stains all over. The bed and bathroom were half under a low alcove so you had to walk around bent over or hit your head. The place is so pokey, and don't even think about trying to cook there. Stairs were unsafe and probably the whole build is illegal. No response from owner re rubbish/dirt issues. We were charged a 50 Euro cleaning fee, then just before departure were asked for another 20 Euros for linen hire. All in all an expensive rip off. Do not stay here.

Great location and nice view over the harbour.

Staff was over 40 min late for check in, even though we had agreed upon a time. We informed that we had brought own sheets and towels but that was missed by staff (extra 20 euros) - took us long time to solve this as check-in lady didnt speak english. The terrace was not well cleaned or tidy (the furniture was worn + stained and none of the two parasols worked). The apartement only has windows to one side, so bedroom and bathroom has no own window. Very low ceiling in bedroom so not possible to stand up next to one side of bed. Badly equipped kitchen therefore hard to prepare a meal.

Position in the center on the port with a view of the castle although it was not front row….it is behind front row with a view between buildings. Walk to everything.

No AC. There was a machine…we put water in the filter and it blew air but never got cold. Plus it was not enough even as a fan to reach the bedroom in the front all the way to the bedroom in the rear. There were no windows at the rear of the rear of the property to create any kind of cross breeze…so it was hot and stuffy.

little gem by the sea, in the middle of everything Cassis

incredible little apartment by the sea. it was perfect for mom and I on our trip through france. the view is unmatched and the owner was fabulous. so kind and accommodating. very comfortable for 2 adults for 3 days. thank you Natasha! this is a gem and we had the best time here. would recommend to everyone. x

WARNING, do not stay here!

Good location

Do not stay here! The owner's agent that met us was the most rude and obnoxious person we have ever met. She did not speak a word of english and was yelling at my wife (who speaks passable french) on the phone when we were trying to find the place. There is no car acess to anywhere near the apartment, something they didn't tell us until we arrived, hot and sweaty with two kids and luggage. The car park they booked for us is a 10 - 15 miunte walk away, a struggle if you have any luggage. The air conditioner was one of the portable ones and did nothing at all, it blew slightly cold air and certainly not strong enough to cool the place on 30 degree days. The photos in the listing are not of the apartment, it's not as advertised, it is much more run down and old and disgusting. You will be charged 40 Euros for linen when you arrive, we were not told this and the linen was dirty and half the pillows did not have pillow cases. The place was dirty. Terrible value for money, you can stay at a much nicer place for a better price. The only plus was the location but even that experience was ruined by the lady on the first night.

Beautiful view from the window to the sea. Very central location. Clean and newly renovated apartment. Main bedroom is quite comfortable.

Waited a long time to have the keys delivered. Apartment is advertised that it sleeps 6 people - this is quite a stretch as it really only sleeps 4 comfortably. Main bedroom is quite nice whereas the 2nd bedroom is tucked in the back with no windows. The fold-out couch in the living room (were presumably the 5th and 6th person can sleep) was very small and had a very thin springy mattress. There is only floor air-con unit in the main bedroom that has an awkward large hose (that wouldn't stay connected) that on presumably should be directed somewhere (perhaps point out the window? - difficult to say as there were no directions). Price/quality ratio not favorable.

la vue, la proximité avec le vieux port de Cassis et sa plage, le confort du lit.

l'évacuation de la douche bouchée, l'état des murs et de la tête de lit, l'état de la table et l'étagère fendue sous l'évier, pas de porte entre salle.de bains ( wc et douche) et chambre.juste un simple rideau.

l'appartement est très bien et très bien situé au centre de la vielle ville de cassis prés du port et de la plage - il est spacieux est agréable.

Pas de place de parking à proximité il est situé plus haut dans la ville, portage de valise à travers les rues piétonne - coût additionnel pour le ménage 40 euros pour une nuit et le parking 18 euros la journée
