Great Village and in the center of the action but sleeping on top of the bar is loud!
Lots of extra room in this apartment with a partial view of the ocean and port!

Perfect view, but overpriced
Excellent location right in the center, on the waterfront of the old port. Magnificent view of the old port with boats, the sea, and the waterfront houses. The view is great both from the balcony and from inside the room.
The apartment urgently needs at least a cosmetic renovation. The furniture is very old, worn-out, and shabby – and it’s definitely not antique. The staircase to the apartment is very steep and high. This is not a problem for young people, but it could be challenging if you have small children, are older, or have luggage. It felt a bit overpriced (clearly, the whole price is for the view).

You couldn’t find a better location with better views unless you were at the castle. A fantastic property

Tolle Aussicht auf den Hafen von Cassis - Wohnung ist Geschmacksache
Das große PLUS dieser Ferienwohnung ist jedenfalls die Aussicht. Man ist direkt im Hafen und hat von der großen Balkontür (nur Geländer) einen einzigartigen Blick auf den gesamten Hafen! Die Wohnung selbst ist "Geschmacksache". Beworben wird sie mit "authentisch". Es ist eine Wohnung in einem alten Haus im Hafen, der Eingang ist im Außenbereich einer Bar (teilweise mit Tischen verstellt), die Treppe in den 2. Stock ist abenteuerlich steil und unregelmäßig (da müssen die Koffer hinaufgetragen werden), die Raumhöhe im oberen Schlafzimmer (wieder mit steiler Treppe) ist nichts für Erwachsene, der Esstisch ist groß ... man sitzt aber auf niedrigen Kästen (sehr unbequem), viele Fliesen waren locker und beschädigt, teilweise blanke Kabel (Lichtanschluss) und eine herausgerissene Steckdose (gefährlich), Klimaanlage im niedrigen Dach-Schlafzimmer vorhanden, Küche gut ausgestattet, Bad sehr gut mit autom. Dachfenster. Parkplatz ist vorhanden, aber ca. einen halben Kilometer den Berg hinauf in einer privaten Seitenstraße. Von dort muss das Gepäck händisch zur Wohnung gebracht werden (kein Zufahren erlaubt). Es kann jetzt jeder selbst entscheiden, was davon gut - authentisch - oder weniger gut ist. Wir würden die Wohnung nicht mehr buchen ... aber das kann man auch anders sehen.
