Die Lage
Bewertung: 2 von 10 Punkten Das Apartment ist sehr gut gelegen und machte anfangs einen guten Eindruck. Leider mussten wir unseren Aufenthalt zwei Tage früher abbrechen, da im oberen Stockwerk ein extrem unangenehmer, stechender Geruch herrschte, der das Schlafen unmöglich machte. Wir haben den Gastgeber noch am selben Tag kontaktiert – bis heute, eine Woche später, kam keine Reaktion. Zusätzlich wurden wir vor der Buchung nicht darüber informiert, dass vor Ort eine Kaution in Höhe von 1.200 Euro fällig wird. Auch diese wurde bislang nicht zurückerstattet. Zudem mussten wir für Bettwäsche extra bezahlen – bei dem Preisniveau hätte das inklusive sein müssen. Auch darüber wurden wir im Vorfeld nicht ausreichend informiert. Insgesamt: mangelnde Transparenz, keine Kommunikation, und gravierende Mängel im Apartment. Leider nicht empfehlenswert.
