It is located in a residence overlooking Cassis. This complex offers an outdoor swimming pool, 2 tennis courts with training wall and a clubhouse with table tennis.
The 62 m apartment can comfortably accommodate 4 people: double living room, one bedroom, entrance with sofa bed and Wifi, bathroom and shower room, equipped kitchen open to a large living room which opens onto a terrace with panoramic views of the bay of Cassis.
The kitchen has a worktop with an induction hob, fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher. There is a washing machine in the shower room.
The spacious living room has a large 6-seater dining table. A sofa bed is available for relaxation, comfortable in front of a large flat-screen TV. The master bedroom has a 160 double bed and storage space.
In the entrance, a second 140 sofa bed offers a separate relaxation area. For your comfort, a bathroom and a separate shower room are available. The living room and bedrooms have full-length doors and windows overlooking a beautiful flowered park. The living room opens onto a terrace with a table for 6 people and which allows you to enjoy the magnificent view of the bay. Non-smoking.
The apartment has its own private parking lot. The park of the residence is enclosed with an electric access gate that only opens for residents. You have a system to open this gate. It is a 10-minute walk that takes you from the park of the residence to the heart of the village of Cassis and to the beach of Bestouan.

The appartement was superb with a great view. Well equiped. The building is a little outdated, but the appartement nice renovated.
Great reception by mother and daughter (daughter for the translation)
We also played tennis ;) and the swimmingpool was great.
A nice downhill walk to the center of Cassis. The walk back was though but very good for the legs.
We have had a fantastic stay!
