nichts auszusetzen

Could have had some basic items of food

The location was great and the rooftop was really lovely!

Unfortunately there was rubbish left by the cleaning team, if they needed more time before we checked in we would have happily waited until they did a thorough job, the amount of toilet rolls for 3 nights and 4 days was insufficient for 6 people even for a rental and finally the shower was broken, it leaked and the door didn’t even close. We only stayed 3 nights. So I reached out to the host after we checked out to let her know we had experienced these problems and if there was anything she could do it would be greatly appreciated. My messages were only met with hostility and she implied I was lying about the issues we had. We booked because all the reviews were great but our experience was different and in all honestly it has been further soured by the communication with the host post checkout.
