A great apartment in a wonderful location with a beautiful view.

We loved the view from the terrace - it was beautiful! And the apartment was huge. Being able to use the washing machine was a bonus, and having access to the communal swimming pool was lovely - we pretty much had the pool to ourselves each time we went. A special thank you to Géraldine for great communication.

No negatives, just an observation. Rather than saying ‘private pool’, it might be clearer to say ‘access to communal pool’. We initially thought the apartment we booked had its own private pool, but realised from reading reviews that it was a communal pool for the apartment block.

Exceptional

The entire property was above and beyond my expectations! I knew it would be nice based on other reviews, but really photos and reviews cannot do it justice. The location is perfect, maybe an 5-8 minute walk into the town center, and a 10 minute walk to the main beach. The apartment was much more spacious than expected, the three bedrooms were a very nice size, and the bathrooms were great as well (very nice water pressure, plenty of hot water, incredibly clean). The kitchen was spacious and functional, had an espresso maker, fridge/freezer, and a toaster, kettle, stove top. The living room/ dining room was very large, and had a BEAUTIFUL view overlooking the mountains and ocean. The patio was incredibly spacious with a beautiful garden. Geraldine was very helpful and accommodating, and a great host. Would highly recommend this property!!

Beautiful apartment with the best in Cassis.

Absolutely one of the prettiest views in the Cote D’Azur. The apartment has gated private parking which is a premium when traveling. Very clean, spacious, lots of amenities like individual packages of toiletries, sponges, laundry detergent etc. Deck was spectacular for sunsets. checking in was very fast and easy.

Central location but not worth the momey

Nice spacious modern apartment at good location.

The attitude of the host/owners is not right. We paid more than 350€ per night and was expecting a smooth stay where we would not have to bother with towels, dish washer tabs, etc. First we were asked to pay an additional 60€ for towels and linen, and then we were given only 4 towels and no extra ones for the hands, 1 single dish washer tab, 1 single portion of soap for washing machine and no dishtowels and no cloths for our entire stay. When we politely asked for some more, the answer was that "this is not a hotel" and that we reluctantly could get a few extra towels and one more tab. That attitude is simply not okay at that price level. Also, the pool is almost useless. It doesn't feel very clean and there are no sun loungers and only a single bench. In addition to that the gate was broken and could not always be unlocked. At one occasion our kids had to climb the fence to get out of the pool area. The apartment does not have an A/C and is very hot in July. We did not manage to bring the indoor temperature below 29C and the humidity below 80% at any point during our stay even though we only had doors/windows open in early morning. And yet, there is only a single fan and when we asked if more could be provided the answer was simply "no".

This is a perfect option for a relaxing holiday.

The view and terrace are absolutely lovely, and the location is quiet at night. The hosts are friendly and welcoming, and easy to contact. The kitchen is well appointed with lots of crockery and utensils, and everything is clean. The apartment is in a great location with a short walk to the shops, beach and restaurants and the swimming pool is a nice bonus.

There were only two sun loungers and we were a group of four, but this is a small thing.

Die Super Ausschit in den Garten über Cassis bis zum Meer. Die Vermieterin ist sehr Gastfreundlich unkompliziert.

Zu unserer Zeit war der Pool leider bereits geschlossen.

Magnifique uitzicht in een ruim appartement op loopafstand van het gezellige centrum.

Het uitzicht was prachtig en het ruime balkon ook. Op loopafstand van het centrum. Ruim opgezet appartement en direct contact met de host. Goed voorbereid.

De afwerking is hier en daar wat achterstallig, met name in de keuken. Ook was het zwembad niet open terwijl het weer prima was en dit wel getoond was op de foto’s van booking. Ook zouden wij adviseren te investeren in beter balkonmeubilair.
