The villa 1920 is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, fenced, it does not overlook the road and offers a generous secure playground for your children (1200m2)
An outbuilding at the bottom of the garden was created in 2024, offering a separate space from the main house with 2 beds, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.
