Perfect location. Apartment generally well equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine)
Let down by some small stuff:
- not even basic toiletries (shower gel or soap)
- no chopping bored or bread knife
- no shower curtain making it very difficult to have a normal shower
- fan on mezzanine floor didn’t work
Also, this is a two bed apartment which is a large part of the reason I booked it. But if you want both beds to have bed linen make sure you say in advance…

Great location, good contact with host, nicely decorated studio, with well equipes kitchen.
Although decorated with care the place was a little run down, needing some repairs and a deep clean. Although the studio had two beds we received bedding for only one of them.

Horrific bed bugs!!
Two of our party contracted horrific bed bugs (one person had almost 100 bites on their arms, torso and face) from this property. I, as well as Booking.com, tried to contact the property to ensure this does not happen to anyone else, however all messages remained unreturned. The property was not properly clean, the bathroom smelled awful and the host turned out to be very unresponsive.

Great location but the place needs a little help
The location is great and the size of the place is nice. There is a large refrigerator and plenty of places to sit and sleep. The surroundings are wonderful. Our host was kind and responsive.
The bathroom had a constant bad smell that eventually made the entire apartment smell not so great. Both doors were not working properly. We accidentally locked ourselves into the apartment when we first arrived (we left the key in the door as we brought the luggage in.) This is actually a serious safety hazard. Our host was quick to reply but after about 15 minute we managed to pry our way out with the help of some tweezers. I'm not sure how long it would have taken to get out otherwise. The shower is also a bit tricky because there isn't a door so we got the wall and cabinet pretty wet...

Very good location, a few steps away from the port and restaurants. Pleasant accommodation, well equipped. We were met at the apartment by Aurélie who was very helpful throughout the process.
Sewage smell and lack of ventilation in the bathroom. Towels and bed linen are provided at extra charge.

very good location and free parking with a coupon that is provided by the accommodation
there are no bedrooms at all, the listing was misleading. there is a loft that is open concept, and the sofa bed and other “bedroom” is in the living room itself. will be close to impossible to squeeze 6 pax in the room, especially with 1 toilet. i’ve been in many hostels more spacious if it’s for 6 pax.
after other guests reviews that the shower is faulty, it is still not fixed and is still faulty. communication could be better, no check in instructions were sent in advance unlike our other accoms, so it’s on you to ask

Excellent location and a great apartment
Location is great.. right in the middle of the action... lots of restaurants and shops in the area...the apartment is very nicely decorated and good size for 3 people.. beds were comfy but the stairs are a bit steep and needs lots of attention..
There was a problem with the shower but I am sure it will be fixed soon..

Maybe for the future... not today
Excellent location, in the heart of Cassis. Fast response property owner, which I believe is really important. Things can happen, and being in vacations you expect to avoid problems. The owner was fast to respond, nice, and proactive. But needs to get some things right before getting new guests.
We rented the apartment for 4 days, since it had 2 large beds, for my 3 daughters. The day we were arriving, we were told not to use one of the beds, that was broken by previous guests. So they had to use 1 bed and the sofa.
The property caretaker was extremely rude. There were no cleaning supplies that we could find - even though at the end the caretaker said there was. Probably hidden somewhere. Just 1 toilet paper for 4 days rental, we had to buy more and left in the apartment. Bed sheets and towels had to be paid separately - I'm not sure it was advised on Booking. The caretaker wasn't present the first day, we asked for her account to transfer the money, we haven't received at this moment. And she complained in a very rude manner that we didn't clean up the apartment. I understand is not up to the guests to clean up between rentals. But we did throw away all the trash, and left the apartment in order.
Finally, at some point the shower place got clogged, flooding the bathroom, and leaking to the floor below, and the owners came to complaint to us. The owner solved it fast calling a plumber, but all those issues tells me the place needs maintenance, and maybe the owner is not used yet with short term rentals, and what is expected.
This could be a great place to stay. I would just invest on maintenance to make sure the bed is fixed, there are no other issues, cleaning supplies and some regular use supplies like silverware were properly supplied, bed sheets and towels included in the final price. And get someone reliable to maintain the apartment. I don't recommend this rental until those items are fixed and guaranteed by the owners, so you can have a pleasant time in Cassis.

LA ubicación del apartamento es excelente! esta en pleno centro pero sin ser ruidoso. La flexibilidad en la entrada y tengo la impresión que incluso en la salida, porque Aurelie nos pregunto a qué hora queríamos salir (aunque no fue aplicable a nosotros). rapidez en responder, aunque no necesitamos gran ayuda, le hicimos un par de preguntas y ella respondió rápidamente.
Hubieron muchos fallos, no es confortable, a la vista es muy bonito pero la estancia es un poco incomoda, tomándo en cuenta que es un segundo piso tipo ático , la parte de arriba es muuuuy incomoda y muuuuuuy caliente. las almohadas eran terriblemente inconfortables, nunca me había quejado de almohadas, si mal no recuerdo pero es que en esta ocasión claramente no se puede dormir con ellas. estaba sucio, y no es sucio que no quedo tiempo de limpiar, es sucio acumulado, sobre todo en el baño. que por cierto la ducha es super incomoda, si no tienes cuidado se moja por todo puesto que solo tiene habilitada una de las dos regaderas y la base donde se coloca no servia, la puerta para entrar el baño esta dañada, rota del pomo literalmente y nos quedamos asombrados porque al entrar la puerta de la entrada también esta rota! cosa que comunicamos inmediatamente porque pensamos en la seguridad y nos dijeron que no pasaba nada. realmente el pueblo , mi impresión es que es bien seguro, pero no es motivo para tener o justificar el pomo de la puerta de entrada roto.
