Amazing location, and a wonderful big balcony to sit on

Although the location was amazing, and the restaurants not particularly noisy, there is a bottle drop tight outside which disturbed us late at night & early morning as the restaurants all used them! Also there was a very loud club in the same block, which operates until 5am.
In person check in meant we had a arrange a specific meeting arrival and departure time
The property needed upgrading, especially some of the kitchenware eg. The chopping board was split in half.
Having to pay extra for bedding is a bind- it seems more common nowadays just to add to the price
The property was not particularly clean & the floor was sandy
