“Lilas” overlooks the historic fishing village of Cassis. The centrally located apartment is on the second floor of a residential building surrounded by shady palm trees and pines. Situated in the town centre, 300m from the nearest beach and port, you will find all amenities within walking distance. Lilas benefits from private, barrier controlled parking, a huge bonus in high season Cassis.

The large, air conditioned double bedroom has sliding doors that lead onto a southern balcony with wonderful views towards the sea, medieval chateau and Cap Canaille. The spacious, air conditioned living room shares the same stunning view; the balcony is a great spot for an alfresco meal or sundowner, watching the changing light at dusk and the illumination of the clock tower at nightfall. A fitted kitchen with household appliances (dishwasher, oven, microwave, 2 ring ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, coffee machine) leads into a loggia where there is a washing machine and additional storage. The shower room and separate wc were recently refurbished..

There is also a hair-dryer, iron, ironing board, satellite TV, CD/DVD player, wireless internet, a cot and a high chair, . We have a small selection of books and DVDs and an aux cable so you can connect your own music devices. All linen (sheets, towels, beach towels, bath mat, tea towels) and household cleaning products are provided.

Inviting restaurants and bars spill out onto the streets surrounding the port and market square, both close to a safe, sandy beach. All this is within five minutes' walking distance from the apartment through narrow cobbled streets.

Spectacular hidden coves (les Calanques) are just a boat-ride away, alternatively walk or canoe to the limestone slabs and enjoy the sun drenched rocks; read, swim, sun bathe, snorkel ........

The colourful market comes to the village square twice a week. The scene is just as you imagine....olives, cheese, honey, fruit and vegetables together with that essential bustle of locals and visitors enjoying samples of the stallholders' fare.

Cassis is one of the truly unspoilt parts of the Cote d’Azur. Thanks to the national park, medieval castle and the famous vineyards, property developers have been kept out and Cassis has retained its 16th and 18th century architecture.

The apartment was ideally located for us. Close to a grocery (Super U) and a short walk to downtown Cassis. You can also walk to the calanques if driving/parking is not a viable option. The parking space provided was good for us as it allowed us to keep our car and take a drive along the Route des Cretes. Bed was comfortable and the view was amazing. Roger was a great host and we really had an enjoyable stay.

Fantastically well located , within a few minutes’ walk of the cobbled streets, the fabulous artisan shops , the bars and cafes and the magnificent beach. We’ve been to Cassis a few times and we really enjoyed staying here! The apartment is larger than it looks and has great balconies overlooking the ocean. Check in was easy and the apartment was well equipped and right near the grocery store! We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We spent a week in Annika’s wonderful apartment. It’s perfect located, close to everything but still quiet. Parking right outside the house. The apartment is clean and very well equipped. As many has written before, the view from the balcony is beautiful.

Myself and fiance were on our second holiday to Cassis as we fell in love with the location on our first visit but this time we wanted an apartment with a balcony so we could enjoy relaxing evenings out in private. We weren't disappointed. The apartment was beautiful and the views from the balcony were breathtaking day or night. It is spacious and very comfortable and has everything that you would have if were at home. The beds were super comfortable and of hotel quality. The apartment had a barrier parking area (free) which is a big plus.It was just a short 5 minute walk to the centre/harbour and there is a fab supermarket at the top of the street. Our contact Roger was very helpful and did not hesitate to make sure he was available should we need his help. His knowledge and advise on the best ways to get to Marseille was invaluable as well as the best value restaurants to eat at in the town. My husband, 2 children and I spent 3 wonderful weeks at this place. So much to see, do, eat, drink, swim, snorkel, kayak, sightsee. Marseille is well worth a visit and we also visited La Ciotat, both by train. There is a very inexpensive minibus that runs from town to the station but not the most punctual service. The apartment was a good size for us and is fully equipped with anything you need for cooking and dining in. The balcony all day gets the sun and you can escape the day trippers at the harbour. Dining out in Cassis is pretty expensive but the deli down the road does a fantastic picnic and the supermarket 5 mins away is great. It's a short walk through town to the beach and about 15 mins to the little beach. We are very lucky to have had the property for so long and to have had a great base for our adventures.

This apartment was perfect for our family of 3 adults. It had plenty of room, a nice bathroom (with great towels 😊) and a balcony with fantastic view of Cap Canaille! We were met promptly, by Daniela, shown where to park( gated parking included). She escorted us to the apartment and answered any questions we might have. She also left a a bottle of wine 😊 The apartment is in a great location, very close to the harbor. Cassis was one of our favorite areas, it is a beautiful little town.

Really neat appartment in very good and clean condition. Splendid view on Cap Canaille, the sea and the village. Very friendly and helpful staff, good parking directly on premisses. Heating and aircon work perfectly. Only bummer: the stair well has a mold issue which should be fixed…

We were fortunate enough to stay at Lilas for approximately two weeks in October. The location was perfect and the apartment had everything that we needed and more. We really enjoyed spending time on the balcony and I will never forget the view. The apartment is within walking distance of the harbour and we thoroughly enjoyed all of the restaurants and shops - as well as the markets - there was even an antique market on Sunday morning where I managed to get an antique corkscrew - one of the highlights of my shopping! We were able to take the bus into Marseille one day and found the bus system very easy to navigate. Although we had some heavy rain during our stay, there was a couple of excellent shops across the street where you could buy delicious takeout food - so we were able to bring dinner back to the apartment if it was too wet to go out. Cassis is a beautiful place to visit and I would highly recommend it to everyone - I know that we would love to visit both Lilas and Cassis in the very near future!

You will want for nothing at this cute apartment. Close to everything, clean, safe and comfortable- even the pullout couch was exceptionally comfortable to sleep on w great pillows and linens. The updated bathroom/WC are modern and spacious. Even Nice wine glasses and dinnerware. We brought ear plugs so we could sleep w the sliding doors open and they easily drown out the morning traffic and allowed for the cool evening breeze to create a great sleeping temp. The view is spactacular!! (would be even better without the tree obscuring half of it) We hated to leave and will definitely be back!!!

Location Quiet location in town, just a few minutes to the harbour and many good restaurants. Trees around apartments enhance the view from the balcony and are a good home for birds. Well stocked supermarket just 2 minutes drive up the road. Excellent access to the superb walking and climbing in the Calanques. Rooms Spacious, well furnished and comfortable with good balcony accessed from lounge or bedroom. Large, comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchen with all we could wish for. Parking Private area so no need to fight for a space.

My husband and I loved our stay at Lilas. The apartment was clean, quiet, and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. We loved the porch with the view of the cliffs and sea. The apartment is very close to the central harbor. We did not have a car and were able to hike Calanque d'En Vau (3rd Calanque to the west), which was about a 5 hour round trip hike with breaks. It was one of our favorite days. We went to many of the rocky beaches nearby by foot. We had a delicious meal at Fleurs de Thyme for about 75€ and enjoyed the nearby Boulangerie Lion for pastries and bread. To get to the apartment from the Marseille airport we took the shuttle bus to Gare St. Charles, then a train to the Cassis train station, then took the shuttle bus into the town central, which was a more affordable option than taking a taxi from the airport. If you time the connections right it's about an 1.5 hour trip.

Annika' s apartment has all you need for a comfortable stay in the picturesque seaside town of Cassis. My son and I were very comfortable there for a 4 day break in March and were even able to sit outside on 2 mornings for breakfast such was the weather. You'll need to familiarise yourself with the bus timetable to the station if you don't have a car but if you do there's parking on site and a supermarket 5 minutes away. There's also no lift which wasn't a problem for us but a few flights of stairs may not suit all. Lovely new bathroom and spacious bedroom and lounge with view. Would definitely recommend the apartment.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dieser kleinen schönen Wohnung mit Blick auf die Steilküsten, die Kirche und über die Altstadt bis zum Meer. Bis zum Hafen sind es 5 Minuten zu Fuß, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind zahlreich vorhanden. Und auch bis in die Calanques sind es nur ca. 20 Minuten jogging.

This flat was more than we imagined. It was spacious, comfortable, and easily accessible to everything in town. Plus we had an amazing view from our balcony. After strolling along the harbor or hiking the Calanques, it was a joy to come back and relax on the balcony with a glass of wine. Check in and out was easy with the help of Victor. There were plenty of towels along with shower gel and lotion. Lots of creature comforts, so we felt like we were at home.

Recently renovated and decorated this is a lovely clean and convenient apartment. Its location is ideal, a short walk into the centre of Cassis and yet situated away from the hustle and bustle. Not too far from a boulangerie to collect your morning baguette or croissants for breakfast on the balcony. The balcony provides a small outside space to watch the changing evening light and enjoy a glass of wine. The new shower room was a pleasure to use and the large bed very comfortable with superior linens provided. The air conditioning worked very well and was much appreciated in the hot weather we experienced. We didn't actually use the small kitchen much as there were so many great restaurants around to choose from, but it appeared to be well stocked with all you would need and there was a good choice of crockery and glasses to use. If there are any suggestions I would make it would be to provide some extra bin bags for use but that's a small detail! Overall we had a great time staying here and wouldn't hesitate to visit again .Thank you.

Casis is very cute and a down to earth slice of provence..the property is nice and close to the habour- fishing village. The appartment is a great size for 4 peolpe and whats great is that its located on the top floor so there is no one above you, not to mention the great views .

We spent four glorious days in Cassis staying in the wonderful Lilas apartment. The apartment is lovely with good quality bedlinen and furnishings. The kitchen had everything one could possibly need and we cooked delicious meals with fresh produce bought in the local market which we thoroughly enjoyed meandering through followed by a coffee in a cafe with the locals. The view from the balcony is stunning and we enjoyed several glasses of local wine watching the light changing in the early evening! Victor who met us on our arrival is charming and helpful, we will definitely be returning to Lilas.
