Прекрасная просторная квартира, очень близко к морю. На кухне все необходимое для готовки еды, есть стиральная машинка и посудомоечная машина. А также отличная кофе-машина. Мы наслаждались каждое утро. Два балкона. Квартира была идеально убрана!!!
Мы были зимой, но отопление работало и квартира была нагрета к нашем приезду.
Последний этаж без лифта, может быть для людей с ограниченными возможностями проблемой. Для нас было нормально, небольшой фитнес каждый день по лестнице )))

Super emplacement proche du vieux port de Cassis. L'appartement est lumineux, spacieux et confortable. En outre la machine à café est super et les lits agréables. Nous recommandons vivement !

Exceptionnelle localisation permettant d'être au port en 2 minutes. Apparemment très spacieux et bien aménagé.
Très dommage que la phrase précisant que l'appartement est au 4ème étage sans ascenseur se trouve en toute fin de descriptif. Sachant qu'un étage doit être monté avant d'accéder à l'immeuble, cela représente 80 marches pour arriver à l'appartement. Il serait plus honnête de préciser ce point dans le descriptif car ces 80 marches peuvent représenter un obstacle pour certains

Appartement spacieux et propre
Les escaliers pour y accéder , mon mari ayant de tres grandes difficultés à se déplacer, n a pas été spécifié., j ai bien cru devoir appeler les pompiers donc nous sommes peu sorti
