Apartment of 75 m2 on the 2nd floor of a luxury residence with lift, bicycle storage (located opposite the Games Casino) with a green terrace of 50 m2 secure for children, sunny, very pleasant to live in and quiet .

The apartment is composed;
A large entrance with dressing room, a living dining room overlooking the terrace, a semi open kitchen
2 bedrooms opening onto terrace

A separate toilet with hand basin

It is located in the city center close to all amenities (pharmacy, supermarkets, press, restaurants, public garden, post office, bank, beach, hiking departures and visits to the creeks by boat .....)

The location was great. Downside is that the place smelled very much like cigarette smoke, there was no A/C and there were cats all over the back patio so we couldn’t open the sliding doors to help with air flow.

The apartment was exactly what we wanted i.e. all the facilities we wanted and perfectly located for the harbour area. It was a shame the checking in process was so difficult wholly due to my poor French and the person welcoming me speaking no English. It didn't detract from the enjoyment of our time in Cassis.

average flat in perfect location

the location alone is 5 stars but the place itself is average. linens are extra so keep that in mind. don't expect spices or other leftover supplies from guests. if you go when it's hot, it can get quite stuffy inside since only one small fan is provided. I don't mind no air conditioning and actually prefer fans but that place needs ceiling fans. parking is a bit further than one would like. all that said, we had a great time here because the location is perfect. in the middle of everything and steps from the beach. don't bring a car if you can. cassis is beautiful and the home is comfortable enough with plenty of space for a family of four. a few upgrades would make it 5 stars.

Appartement situé au 2eme étage mais avec grande terrasse, dans une superbe résidence, tout était propre, rien ne manquait, il y a le nécessaire voire le superflu !!! Il est très bien situé, tous commerces à proximité. Le parking dans une autre résidence est un vrai plus pour les petites rues de Cassis et le peu de stationnement. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Tres bon emplacement, très appartement spacieux

L'appartement est très spacieux, et très bien situé, à deux pas du port, des restaurants et des commodités (supermarché quasi au pied de l'immeuble d'à côté). La terrasse est très grande avec un joli décor du jardin. Il y a possibilité de garer la voiture un peu plus loin à 5 min, ca peut sembler loin mais en fait quand on voit la difficulté de se garer dans la ville, c'est appréciable.

tout d'abord il faut préciser que l'accueil de Me PERONE est excellent ensuite l'appartement parfaitement bien situé (près de la plage et du port) et équipé de tout le nécessaire et même plus. Un point positif supplémentaire pour la grande terrasse très agréable. le seul point un peu négatif est la literie qui nécessiterait un peu plus de confort (matelas et oreillers assez durs). Néanmoins nous avons passé un excellent séjour

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen und nah zum Strand und Hafen. Die Wohnung und Terrasse ist nach hinten gerichtet und daher sehr ruhig gelegen. Dadurch, dass alle Fenster zu einer Seite gehen kann man leider nicht gut durchlüften und es ist im Sommer etwas stickig im Appartement. Das Einzige was für uns jedoch wirklich nicht gefallen hat war die Matratze. Für unsere Bedürfnisse war sie nicht gut und wir hatten bedauerlicherweise Rückenschmerzen jeden Morgen.

Tout correspond à l'annonce et tout a été pensé pour une location de vacances (réhausseur bébé, parasol, poussette, etc...). L'emplacement est idéal car tout est à proximité mais aussi car l'appartement est au calme. Un immense plus non négligeable à Cassis vu le peu de parking est le fait d'avoir une place de parking réservée. Je le recommanderai à des amis dans hésiter.

Die Wohnung liegt zentral mit allem was man braucht in der Nähe, und ruhig ist es auch. In 5 Minuten ist man am Strand und am Hafen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Die Wohnung ist nah am Meer gelegen, mit dem Bus zum Bahnhof und Supermarkt vor der Tür. Schöne, große und ruhige Terrasse zum Frühstücken 🥖�🍑�🍳�🥗�☕️🍯�🍩�🥛� - auch alle Schlafzimmer sind sehr ruhig. Sandspielzeug und Liegestühle sind da. Küche bestens ausgestattet, inkl. Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine. Netter Kontakt zur Vermieterin 🙂� und exzellente 😁� Betreuerin vor Ort. Achtung: die 600€ Kaution wird wirklich abgebucht im Vorfeld! Und leider versteckte Kosten: 🤨� 50€ für drei mal Bettwäsche ( eigentlich 2 mal, da ein französisches Bett mit einem Laken und nur einer Decke). Beziehen musste man übrigens selbst. Plus 60€ Reinigung! Insgesamt also 110€ mehr als in der Buchung - und das für nur drei Nächte. Es war trotzdem schön und Cassis absolut empfehlenswert! 🤗�

Nous avons adoré l’appartement de mme Allais. La terrasse est magnifique et nous avons pu en profiter tous les jours. L’appartement était impeccable et nous sommes très pointilleux à ce sujet. La cuisine est très bien équipée, c’est d’ailleurs une des maisons de vacances que nous avons loué, qui avait le plus d’accessoires de cuisine. L’emplacement est également idéal, tout près de la plage et du port. Tout en étant très au calme. Nous avons que du positif face à cette location!

Sehr zentral gelegen, schön eingerichtet, schöner Patio mit guter Infrastruktur, Küche gut eingerichtet. Bett- und Badwäsche ist nicht inbegriffen und muss mitgebracht oder organisiert werden (die Miete war in unserem Fall rasch und unkompliziert möglich). Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral, 3 Minuten zu Fuss vom Hafen weg, Lebensmittelläden gleich unmittelbar neben der Wohnung. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Parkplatz ist privat, liegt aber ca. 5 Minuten entfernt. Ideal für Ausflüge in die Calanque, Marseille oder an die Côte d'Azur.

Wij , een gezin met 2 kinderen ( 17j en 12j ) zijn met de Thalys vanuit Gent naar Marseille gereisd . Met een totale reistijd van 6u stonden we al in Marseille; daarna een huurauto naar Cassis.(halfuurtje). De locatie in het centrum bleek een heel goede keuze en de auto totaal overbodig ;-). Alles op wandelafstand biedt een enorme meerwaarde ; ook de mooie ruimtes en voorzieningen in het apartement zijn uitstekend . De ontvangst was heel vriendelijk en attentvol ...

Nous avons été accueilli par une personne charmante, très disponible et toujours à l'écoute pour notre bien être. L'appartement est spacieux, confortable et bien décoré. Nous avons apprécié sa localisation très proche du centre mais surtout son CALME et de vrais volets roulants qui permettent de pouvoir dormir dans le noir si on le souhaite. Que dire de la superbe terrasse.... Avec ses chaises longues.... Bref une semaine de vacances de vraie détente dans un appartement très agréable.

L'appartement est encore mieux que sur les photos. Il est Idéalement situé entre le port le centre et la plage. Il est très bien équipé et rien ne manque. Mention spéciale pour la terrasse Magnifique et immense sans vis à vis! Nous avons trouvé dans le frigo eau fraîche et rosé. Merci à Mme Allais et Mme Pérone pour leur accueil et gentillesse.

Nous avons découvert un appartement spacieux et chaleureux décoré avec goût et très fonctionnel.Nous avons eu un super accueil et de bons conseils pour nos déplacements .La villa est à 5 minutes de la ville du port, commerces et plages ;pas besoin de prendre sa voiture. La terrasse très ensoleillée est idéale pour prendre son petit déjeuner et ses repas. Merci encore à la propriétaire et sa collaboratrice!

Nous avons passé 15 jours dans cette location idéalement située en plein centre de Cassis et en même temps très au calme. L'appartement est décoré avec beaucoup de goût et de modernité. Il est grand et très fonctionnel. Les 3 pièces principales ont de grandes baies vitrées donnant sur la grande terrasse. La plage et le port sont au bout de la rue ainsi que le marché et les commerces. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.
