The view from the apartment was fantastic, the beds were comfortable, size of the apartment was adequate, it was clean, the parking space was easy available. Close to old town and sea, close to good supermarket. The manager of the apartment was very responsive.

The air conditioner in the living room could work better, the pillows were not very comfy, there were only a few forks and spoons in the kitchen, the toilette was really small.

Der Kontakt war unsympathisch. Nachfragen nach späterem Auscheck z.B. 11 Uhr statt 10 Uhr. wurde zuerst mündlich zugesagt, jedoch später 10 Uhr unkommentiert gefordert. Obwohl eine Reinigungsgebühr von 80 Euro bezahlt werden musste, wurden wir unfreundlich aufgefordert den Müll selbst zur Mülltonne zu bringen sowie die Bettgewäsche abzuziehen! Die Bettwäsche wurde mit 20 Euro pro grosses Bett und 10 Euro pro kleines Bett berechnet. Die Qualität der Bettwäsche und Kissen war unterirdisch (alt, abgenutzt).

The interior of the home has been tastefully decorated. It is in an older apartment block with other permanent residents, but it is quiet. The view is exceptional both morning and night. The walk into town is less than 5 minutes and there is a supermarket less than 2 mins walk.

The linen needs an upgrade. The towels were crunchy and work out and the sheets and duvet covers were old and poor quality. The pillows were too soft and unsupportive. This can be easily fixed The beds themselves were very comfortable. The address details should include which apartment block this is in as there are 3 blocks down this road and we didn’t know which one it was. There is a barrier arm into the car parking area which needs a remote to open, so the host must meet you upon arrival to hand over the remote. Not a major problem, just would’ve been better to have known in advance
