Très bon séjour à quatre dans ce joli Apartment. Accueil formidable et très sympa. Henri, le propriétaire est très gentil: il à même nous venu chercher et déposer à la gare. L’appartement est placé au centre-ville de Cassis mais dans un cadre très calme. Très pratique pour aller à la plage ou se balader en ville. Près de tout à pied. Lumineux et Vues à couper de souffle. Spacieux, lits très confortables, climatisation et jolies Chambres, salon, cuisine et intérieur en général. On pourrait pas être mieux! Encore un grand merci. Fortement recommandé !

Everything was absolutely perfect: M. Degracia let me check in a couple hours ahead of schedule and gave me an extra hour when checking out. He is a charming man and an incredibly talented sculptor. I want to comment on the kitchen that is large and very well equipped, in pots & pans, plain white dishes, wine & champagne glasses, cups and bowls of all kinds. Even a brand new pressure cooker. The dishwasher and washing machine work very well. All the other rooms are perfect, very bright (except for the one back bedroom) & spacious. I definitely recommend this place to everyone!

We had a wonderful week at this apartment. The bedrooms are a good size with plenty of storage space. The kitchen is fully equipped and a good size too. The living room is airy and spacious with the most magnificent view to the chateau and the sea. We used to sit at night and stare at the view in the darkness. You have the same view from the front bedroom and it was wonderful to wake up each morning with a view of the sea from the bed. The location is ideal - a few minutes stroll to the harbour with the beach a few minutes further on. There is a boulangerie 50 metres away and the supermarket is 100 metres away. The apartment also has a secure parking space ( essential if you intend hiring a car). We arrived by train and the owner Henri met us at the station. What a lovely touch from a lovely man. We would highly recommend this property if you are thinking of visiting Cassis.

"We had a lovely stay in Cassis and I would return to this flat. The balcony is lovely to have a meal and enjoy the fabulous view. The flat is in a great location, you can walk to the port and beach easily. There is also a boulangerie, bureau de tabac & shop nearby, the supermarket is really close by too. The flat is very clean and well maintained, you will find everything you need. Sheet hire and cleaning is extra. The owner is very friendly and helpful and will help you have a great holiday. Super sejour."

Sehr schöne Wohnung in toller Lage mit Blick auf Cap Canaille, Cassis und Bucht, tip-top geplegt, alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen, ob einkaufen, Strand, 5 Minuten ins Ortszentrum. Auch eine Wanderung auf Cap Canaille geht ohne Auto. Es ist alles in der Wohnung was man braucht, auch als Selbstversorger, inkl einer kleinen Loggia für Frühstück und essen mit tollem Blick, sowie ein Parkplatz in der Anlage. Hr. Gracia der Vermieter ist sehr bemüht das alles passt. Haben das Auto die ganze Woche nicht gebraucht, Supermarkt ist "ums Eck". Einziger Minuspunkt: Die Strasse hat untertags viel Verkehr, also keine Ruhelage, das darf einem nicht stören.

L’appartement qui donne sur la mer est magnifique, à 5 min à pieds du centre et 10 min des plages Grande Mer et Bestouan. Place de parking disponible, très important à Cassis. Propriétaire très accueillant et sympathique, nous avons passé un très bon séjour! Je recommande !

Je recommande cet appartement spacieux pour une famille, agréable, propre, avec une belle vue sur la mer et le Cap, idéalement situé (proche des commerces, de la plage et du port), et avec un parking (important à Cassis). Le propriétaire est très sympathique. Cassis est un très beau village et les calanques sont magnifiques. Nous reviendrons à Cassis passer nos vacances d'été !

Great location

The apartment is exactly as described online. It's located on the third floor (no elevator) and offers a great view of Cassis. Living room, balcony and one of the bedrooms face south which makes the apartment very bright and sunny. The balcony is rather small, but offers enough space for two people to sit and enjoy a meal. A big plus is the private parking. It's an easy downhill walk to the old town as well as the old port where you will find many restaurants. A large supermarket can be easily reached by foot. The owner, Mr. Degracia, shared lots of information about the area and had good suggestions which restaurants to try. When we encountered a problem with the shower he arrived within an hour to fix it. We very much enjoyed our stay in this apartment and would definitely stay here again.

We have spent a very nice holiday in this appartment in Cassis. The view out of the living room and from the balcony is just stunning. The owner of the appartment is a very kind gentlemen and we had a very warm welcome with some advice as regards resto's and sports to visit. The appartment is was very clean and in a very good condition perfect for 4 persons. The appartment block is a mix of permanent residents and holiday appartments. As parking space a extremely limited in Cassis is was very convinient that one can park the car in a separted area just 5 meters away from the appartment block. The appartment is equipped with everyhting you need for a 1-2 week stay and provides sufficient storage space. The appartment offers however only francophone TV channels. The next supermarket is just 5 minutes by feet away from the appartment and offers a sufficient range of products for all needs. In walking disctance are a pharmacie, the old harbour and a variety of retaurants. We can really recommend the place as a base camp for many activities around Cassis and Marseille. Wir haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub in Cassis verbracht. Der Blick aus dem Wohnraum und vom Balkon ist einfach phantastisch. Der Besitzer der Ferienwohnung is ein sehr angenehmer Herr, der uns sehr herzlich empfangen hat und uns eine Reihe von Tips geben konnte. Die Ferienwohnung war ausgesprochen sauber und in gutem Zustand, wenn auch nicht ganz neu, gut geeignet für 4 Personen. Der Wohnblock ist eine Mischung aus Ferienwohnungen und festen Bewohnern, die alle sehr freundlich waren. Aufgrund der Tatsache, dass Parkplätze in Cassis äusserst begrenzt sind, erweist es sich als erfreulich, dass man sein Fahrzeug hinter einer Schranke in einem separaten Bereich nur 5 m von der Wohnung entfernt abstellen kann. Die Ferienwohnung hast praktisch alles was man für 1-2 Wochen Urlaub benötigt und auch asureichend Schränke und Regale. Das Fernsehprogramm ist allerdings auf französischsprachige Sender beschränkt. Der nächste Supermarkt ist nur 5 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt und bietet ein gutes Sortiment an Produkten an, die man während eines Urlaubs benötigt. Nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt findet man eine Apotheke, den alten Hafen sowie eine Auswahl an Restaurants. Wir können die Ferienwohnung als Basislager für eine Menge an Aktivitäten rund um Cassis und Marseille nur empfehlen. Mr Martin, Bruxelles

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cet appartement à Cassis. La vue sur le salon et le balcon est tout simplement sensationnel. Le propriétaire de l'appartement est un très gentils messieurs et nous avons eu un accueil très chaleureux avec quelques conseils en ce qui concerne des resto et qqc à visiter. L'appartement est très propre et dans un très bon état parfait pour 4 personnes. Le bloc appartement est un mélange de résidents permanents et appartements de vacances. Comme espace de stationnement est extrêmement limitée à Cassis c'était très pratique que l'on peut garer la voiture dans un espace separée seulement 5 mètres du bloc appartement. L'appartement est équipé de toute vous avez besoin pour un séjour de 1-2 semaines et offre un espace de stockage suffisant. Le supermarché le plus proche est à 5 minutes à pieds de distance de l'appartement et offre une gamme suffisante de produits pour tous les besoins. Pas trés loin sont aussi la pharmacie, le vieux port et un choix de restaurants. Nous pouvons vraiment recommander l'endroit comme camp de base pour de nombreuses activités autour de Cassis et Marseille. Mr Martin, Bruxelles

Appartement spacieux, très propre, beaucoup de rangements et bien situé. Il ne manque rien.Un grand balcon où on peut y manger (table /chaises). Belle vue sur le Cap Canaille. Le propriétaire est très sympathique, il y a beaucoup de documentations dans l'appartement.Il n'y a que du positif à dire. La région est magnifique, on ne s'ennuie pas. J'espère y revenir rapidement car j'ai vraiment passé un très bon sejour. Je conseille cet appartement sans hésiter à tous ceux qui veulent venir à Cassis. Aller y les yeux fermés.

A 5mn du centre et à 10mn de la plage, agréable appartement avec place de parking, ce qui est très important à Cassis.Supérette à deux minutes, gymnase au pied de l'immeuble pour parties de foot et basket. Equipement correct.Dommage qu'en saison, on ne puisse pas profiter du balcon à cause de la rue parfois bruyante.Calanques à proximité. Accueil détendu et agréable du propriétaire qui se fera un plaisir de vous faire partager ses bonnes adresses.
