Everything was absolutely perfect: M. Degracia let me check in a couple hours ahead of schedule and gave me an extra hour when checking out. He is a charming man and an incredibly talented sculptor. I want to comment on the kitchen that is large and very well equipped, in pots & pans, plain white dishes, wine & champagne glasses, cups and bowls of all kinds. Even a brand new pressure cooker. The dishwasher and washing machine work very well. All the other rooms are perfect, very bright (except for the one back bedroom) & spacious. I definitely recommend this place to everyone!

The apartment is exactly as described online. It's located on the third floor (no elevator) and offers a great view of Cassis. Living room, balcony and one of the bedrooms face south which makes the apartment very bright and sunny. The balcony is rather small, but offers enough space for two people to sit and enjoy a meal. A big plus is the private parking. It's an easy downhill walk to the old town as well as the old port where you will find many restaurants. A large supermarket can be easily reached by foot. The owner, Mr. Degracia, shared lots of information about the area and had good suggestions which restaurants to try. When we encountered a problem with the shower he arrived within an hour to fix it. We very much enjoyed our stay in this apartment and would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful week at this apartment. The bedrooms are a good size with plenty of storage space. The kitchen is fully equipped and a good size too. The living room is airy and spacious with the most magnificent view to the chateau and the sea. We used to sit at night and stare at the view in the darkness. You have the same view from the front bedroom and it was wonderful to wake up each morning with a view of the sea from the bed. The location is ideal - a few minutes stroll to the harbour with the beach a few minutes further on. There is a boulangerie 50 metres away and the supermarket is 100 metres away. The apartment also has a secure parking space ( essential if you intend hiring a car). We arrived by train and the owner Henri met us at the station. What a lovely touch from a lovely man. We would highly recommend this property if you are thinking of visiting Cassis.

"We had a lovely stay in Cassis and I would return to this flat. The balcony is lovely to have a meal and enjoy the fabulous view. The flat is in a great location, you can walk to the port and beach easily. There is also a boulangerie, bureau de tabac & shop nearby, the supermarket is really close by too. The flat is very clean and well maintained, you will find everything you need. Sheet hire and cleaning is extra. The owner is very friendly and helpful and will help you have a great holiday. Super sejour."
