Stay away! 5th floor with no lift, dirty place and a terrible service!

it was terrible! We travel a lot all over the world and this is the first time in our life we’ve left the property as soon as we’ve found an alternative. it almost trashed our holiday all together. We were lucky to be able to find an alternative!

Where do I even start?! the apartment is located in a social housing building, located on the 5th floor without the lift which of course is only visible in the small blueprint and when you specifically search for it at the property description. the apartment was dirty. cushions on the sofa soiled, it had an awful smoky smell to it even though they’ve clames it’s a non-smoking property. it didn’t have soap, shower gel nor any amenities whatsoever and there was a single role of toilet paper in the bathroom. When we’ve asked for more, lady host said she’s not able to provide any and we are supposed to go to the supermarket and get it ourselves together with all toiletries! 0 customer service! Bed sheets were of a very poor quality. Entrance door super sticky and dirty and the smell in the building corridor was unbearable. not to mention 5 flights of stairs!!! if you wanted to train for an iron-man, this would have been perfect. we couldn’t leave soon enough and since the property had no refund policy at all, ended up with no refund for a terrible service and even worst apartment. stay away from this place!

gorgeous view. seemed like more like a 3 bedroom than a 2, which we needed

having to lay for sheets for the third bed and then have to pull out the bed and put them on was a bummer. soap should be provided for the shower. and they need a regular coffee pot

Great appartment in central Cassis

Very modern and comfortable appartment. We loved the balcony with a view over the sea.

We had some comments about the appartment that we expected some response to, but didn’t really get.

Schöner Blick aufs Meer und die Umgebung. Angenehme Größe der Wohnung, gute Ausstattung der Wohnung, schöne Küche! Tolle Beschreibung für Schlüsselübergabe und sonstige Informationen.

Kein Aufzug! Nicht ausreichend heißes Wasser beim Duschen. Betten waren zu kurz

Wir haben die Wohnung und die Aussicht sehr genossen und konnten uns sehr gut erholen.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die Aussicht auf Cassis und das Meer war sehr schön. Die Wohnung war angenehm kühl, die Klimaanlage haben wir nicht gebraucht.

Vierter Stock ohne Aufzug. Auch wenn wir vorher wusste.

appartement confortable, propre et bien équipé. belle vue sur Cassis. un acceuil physique aurait été apreciable si cela etait possible car c'est toujours plus agréable mais sinon les indications de la Conciergerie et la mise a dispo des clés en avance meme etait top. rien a redire. merci pour cet agréable séjour et à la Conciergerie "Dodo a Cassis" d'y avoir contribué largement.
