This is a great property to enjoy the delights of Cassis - well-equipped kitchen, BBQ, great bathroom and a 10 minute walk to town or a wonderful patisserie. The patio catches the sun pretty much all day. Michele and Dominique are very discrete and were super helpful when we needed some medical assistance.

My wife and I have just spent two super weeks in Cassis. The welcome we received from M et Mme Carceller was most friendly and on the rare occasions we needed their help they happily assisted us. The apartment is spacious and very well equipped and the air conditioning was particularly effective and very welcome in the hot weather we had. We would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment and Cassis as a holiday destination.

Tout est prévu pour passer un excellent séjour, même la petite attention pour les locataires, la bouteille de rosé au frais. Michèle et Dominique au demeurant fort sympathique, habitent à proximité, mais restent très discrets. Très bon séjour avec de belles visites.

Une semaine de détente dans un appartement très bien situé et très bien équipé avec ses propriétaires charmants. Lieu calme avec transat, table aussi à l extérieur et barbecue. Un accueil de qualité et les petites attentions pour une arrivée en douceur. Nous allons renouveler ce séjour dès que possible ! Appartement très bien équipé et très agréable pour un repos au calme. La proximité du centre, de la plage et de tous les commerces fait oublier la montée jusqu'à l'appartement. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances sportives (randonnées, vélo électrique dans les vignobles, canoë et baignade... rapide vue la température de l'eau à 17°)

Nous avons passé une semaine à Cassis en amoureux, la ville est très belle et pour parfaire le séjour, il nous fallait une location qui nous permettait d'être le plus tranquille possible. Ce T2 nous a permis d'être vraiment à l'aise. La déco comme le mobilier sont au rendez-vous. Le coin chambre est charmant avec son rideau de séparation, il ne nous enferme pas et permet de briser la lumière du jour. Tout est propre, fonctionnel et charmant. Important, la place privée qui permet ainsi de ne pas sortir la voiture et surtout de ne pas tomber dans le piège du parking payant et en même temps, protéger le véhicule car les places sont très petites à Cassis. Centre ville avec le port (restaurants, bar, marché etc) à 10mn en descendant et 20mn en remontant, 1km250 faisable malgré la montée lors du retour mais sincèrement facile. Un petit commerce SPAR est à moins de 1km sur le trajet. La location a été idéale et les propriétaires sont des personnes très gentilles et accueillantes. Je recommande cet appartement car vous ne serez pas déçu.

Schöne große Terrasse mit Markise,modern eingerichtete Wohnung mit Klimaanlage, sehr freundliche Vermieter und man kann zum Strand und zum Stadtzentrum zu Fuß.Der Hinweg geht ganz einfach bergab, allerdings ist der Rückweg dann entsprechend sportlich steil. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Nous avons passé 3 semaines parfaites dans cette location qui semble neuve tellement elle est conçue avec bon goût, très bien entretenue et équipée comme à la maison. Nous avons pu profiter de notre zodiac sur remorque puisque pouvant être rangé dans la propriété et mis à l'eau à Cassis même pour profiter de cette magnifique ville et de ses calanques. Enfin, pas besoin de prendre la voiture pour aller en ville ou à la plage ce qui est très appréciable. Monsieur et Madame Carceller sont des gens souriants, accueillants avec le souci que tout soit parfait pour passer de bonnes vacances. Nous aurons plaisir à revenir au même endroit. Ces vacances étaient vraiment parfaites et cette location au delà de nos espérances. On vous en remercie et espérons revenir vous voir bientôt. Fanny, Guillaume et les enfants

le logement est très agréable, confortable et très propre conforme à la description qu'en à faite Mme et Mr Carceller. l' endroit dans les hauteurs de cassis mais non loin du centre est d'une réelle tranquillité, la terrasse, jardin propice à la détente et aux repas dehors. Les propriétaires sont charmants, prêt à vous rendre service mais néanmoins très discret. On se sent vraiment chez soi, un petit havre de paix. l'endroit est idéal pour rayonner sur la cote et les massifs provençaux. Tout est mis en œuvre par les propriétaire afin de passer un séjour de rêve, merci à eux certainement une adresse à retenir et à conseiller .

L'appartement de plein pied est vaste, très bien équipé autant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur (terrasse, chaise longue, grand parasol, barbecue Weber, abri de jardin pour les vélos). L'appartement est indépendant de la maison (sous sol de la terrasse du propriétaire), très calme et il y a une place de parking pour la voiture. C'est plein sud, pas trop loin du centre ville à pied 10/15 min. Les propriétaires sont très avenants et dispos. Le seul point négatif à 4 occupants est que la chambre n'est pas fermée par une porte et cloison mais par un grand rideau car elle est située au fond du logement et n'a pas de fenêtre (le but est de garder de le maximum de lumière). Mais avec des enfants en bas âge, il est impossible de les coucher avant les parents. Idem pour le matin. Il manque un volet roulant ou un rideau sur la fenêtre de la cuisine pour obstruer la lumière. Cassis et ses alentours sont magnifiques. Temps superbe pour agrémenter ces vacances d'avril. Je recommande l'appartement mais plutôt pour 2 malgré qu'il soit grand à cause de la chambre non séparée.

Contacts avec les propriétaires excellents. La description de l'appartement et de l'endroit géographique est fidèle à l'annonce. Le lieu, en plus d'être d être propre est haut de gamme et tout est mis à disposition pour que l'on se sente "comme à la maison". On gare son véhicule, et ensuite tout se fait à pied, plage, port,centre ville, commerces, balade... Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, sympathiques et très disponibles.
