This beautiful apartment completely renovated in seasonal rental since 01 APRIL 2019, is located near the port, while being away from tourist flows. It offers all the amenities of everyday life and attractiveness of Cassis, its beaches, creeks and vineyards, its cultural center, cinema, its market ... Combining comfort and modernity this type 2 of 50m2 (adjustable air conditioning, walk-in shower, fully equipped kitchen) also has a bedroom with double bed 160, quiet, and a sofa bed 2 places.
For car parks
the first at 20 m is practical but very busy
Casino parking is convenient, it's free every morning but a bit pricey
Another parking Mimosas with tourist packages 3 or 7 days
at 500 m (with the possibility to book) very well
The free Parking Gorguettes (very large) on the outskirts of Cassis with a shuttle every 15 minutes with a stop at 20 m from the apartment is very convenient
The Casino parking at 20 m free every morning (very convenient to unload or load the car)
Once parked, you can do everything on foot:
the beach less than 100 m, the market Wednesday and Friday at 40 m, a grocery store Spar 40 m bars, the small port and restaurants 100 m, shops at 120 m; the boats visit creeks to 100 m also

This was a great place to stay, clean comfortable and well equipped. We arrived by bus and it was 2 minutes walk to the apartment and most importantly only a few minutes from supermarkets, restaurants and the beach. The apartment was nice and cool despite the 30 temperature outside and being at the rear of the building was nice and quiet. We would definitely return.

The property has a great location and is well organized. The owner made great recommendations for local restaurants. I was surprised that there was no AC in the bedroom and I expressed that. More importantly, the AC that was located in the living room didn't work properly. Every day, at least twice a day, and at night liquid pooled across the floor to the dining table and couch area. This wasn't something that could be ignored. In the middle of the night crossing to go to the bathroom I frequently stepped in it even if I had mopped it up before bed. I spent a considerable amount of time dealing with this situation. Turning off the AC was not an option as the temperatures were in excess of 90 every day and it wasn't an efficent AC unit. I messaged the owner about the situation and he dismissed it. In the last two days, I'm unhappy to report that I started to feel sick, lethargic, and dizzy especially after sleeping or napping. I'm a fit individual - I swim in the ocean every day in Portugal and while in Cassis as well. I did a four-hour paddle and a three-hour paddle while there. The health concern was disturbing and the owner was dismissive and did not take it seriously. I hope he does before anyone else stays there. There are a variety of well-documented illnesses and symptoms that are caused by poorly maintained AC and if the "drain pipe outside got clogged" as the owner said then it's entirely possible mold, bacteria, and the like has gathered in those pipes - certainly, the great amount of water spilling into the room was a nuisance, time-consuming for me while I was on vacation and in the middle of the night, and concerning. This situation should be resolved.

The property was very well equipped, spotlessly clean and modern. Our communication was with Matthew, the owner's son who was friendly and helpful. The apartment is accurately described and the cutlery and crockery very nicely presented. It is conveniently situated close to the Spar supermarket, harbour and restaurants. Although situated in a busy street it is surprisingly quiet as the windows face away from the street. It was an ideal choice for us as we were able to walk everywhere and did not need a car. I would happily recommend this apartment for those wanting to be close to the shops and restaurants in Cassis.

We stayed at the Jacque and Aline’s appartement for 10 days and we loved everything about it! The appartement location is great. Everything you need is a few minutes of walking distance. We really appreciated the amenities in the kitchen! We had everything if we wanted to cook. Jacque and Aline are great hosts. Aline actually greeted us at the bus station, showed the appartement and welcomed us with a bottle of wine. Along our stay, she shared local event information and was very quick to respond to questions we had. Going back Cassis, we will definitely go back to Jacque and Aline’s. Thank you to both.

l’appartement très calme est situé en plein cœur de Cassis à moins de 5 minutes à pied du vieux port et de la plage. Il est fonctionnel et trés bien équipé et surtout décoré avec goût. Nos hôtes ont pensé à tout! Nous avons passé un fabuleux séjour pour des vacances bien méritées . Nous recommandons chaudement cet appartement , nous reviendrons l’annee prochaine !

Appartement très moderne et neuf, particulièrement fonctionnel, très bien équipé, vraiment calme et idéalement placé dans Cassis proche de tout (plage, port, commerces, restaurants, parking) à moins de 100m à pied ! Les propriétaires sont charmants et très réactifs si nécessaires. Nous recommandons particulièrement pour un séjour sur Cassis.

L'appartement est bien situé, à deux pas du port et de tous commerces. Il y a un joli parc juste en face. Petit bémol : impossible de se garer à proximité sans payer une somme folle... Mais une fois la voiture garée sur le parking gratuit à l'entrée de Cassis, tout peut se faire à pied, même les randonnées dans les calanques ! L'appartement est très calme, propre, fonctionnel et la literie "douillette" ! Avec en plus vue sur le château, hyper agréable !! Pour le côté pratique, la seule chose qui nous a manqué est un étendoir pour le linge à l'intérieur en cas de pluie ! Cela serait bien utile pour étendre serviettes et lessive (surtout que nous étions 4). Le lit était fait et des serviettes étaient à notre disposition. Cela n'est peut être pas suffisamment clair dans l'annonce, j'avais tout apporté... Nous n'avons pas eu le plaisir de rencontrer les propriétaires mais ils nous ont fourni un guide bien complet et répondaient rapidement aux messages. Je recommande donc vivement !!

C’est peu de dire que cette location est bien située ...elle est idéale !.. proche du port et des plages.. on gare la voiture qui ne servira plus qu’aux excursions hors de Cassis... il faut aussi parler de la qualité de l’aménagement et de l’équipement de cet appartement meublé avec goût et un vrai désir de bien accueillir les locataires..L’absence de vis a vis est un plus.. Tout contribue à passer un séjour parfait dans cet environnement exceptionnel ; sans oublier la qualité de l’accueil. Quel beau séjour !

Arnaud .C Excellent séjour passé dans cet appartement(refait a neuf) qui correspond bien à son descriptif. Idéalement situé car proche du centre ville, des plages, des commerces et du port tout en étant situé dans une résidence très calme avec un joli parc pour enfants à deux pas. Tout peut se faire à pied. Appartement très propre et fonctionnel et surtout très agréable. Relations très sympathiques et courtoises avec le propriétaire. Nous avons séjourné (avec notre fille de 3 ans) pendant une semaine dans cet appartement en plein centre ville de Cassis. L'appartement est très bien équipé et refait à neuf tout est très propre. Nous avons été ravis de l'emplacement car l'appartement est situé à deux pas du centre ville de cassis et tout est sur place ( les supermarchés, le marché de cassis, la plage, le port de cassis ) c'est également très sympa quand on a des enfants car il y a un parc juste en face de l'appartement. Les hôtes nous ont également très bien accueillis et nous ont conseillés de très bons restaurants et visites à faire dans la région. Nous reviendrons très certainement l'année prochaine, nous avons passé de superbes vacances.

We had such a wonderful time staying at the apartment. The apartment was spacious enough for 4 people to enjoy. There is all the comfort and facilities you need. Perfect location, walking distance to the port but in a quiet little side street. Cassis is such a charming place, we would highly recommend a visit and particularly in this perfect flat! Thank you for a lovely stay
