Le Calypso Cassis

Apartment within walking distance of the harbour and providing secured parking. Good kitchen facilities and equipment Outside area with gas barbecue table and chairs, et cetera

Poorly maintained. The shower was completely blocked and immediately flooded into the rest of the bathroom. The drain has clearly not been cleaned out for ages. The property is described as having one bedroom, but in fact, it is a studio arrangement. The recess for the small double bed is narrow and the mattress is too thin and uncomfortable. The lid of the barbecue was half falling off and unusable. Someone had left the bolt conveniently on the table, fortunately I had a small tool kit to fix it. The outside area is poorly maintained. There are dead pot plants and a rug which is in a terrible state and proving to be a trip hazard. We did message about these problems via Booking.com, but got no reply.

Location and kitchen facilities were excellent.

Everything was great. But a few simple extras would have been even better. Little more toilet roll and handwashing liquid in the bathroom.
