Very nice apartment of 70 m2, renovated in 2014. Located in a gated estate on sought Cassis, 'The Cottage'. A 5 minute walk from downtown, the harbor and the beach of the great Wed.
Large sun terrace and trees of 35 m2 facing south-west with sea view, old village and castle.
2 bedrooms (1 bed 160x200cm, 2 beds 90x200cm, 1 sofa bed 140x190cm), office space, two bathrooms, fitted kitchen open to living room, large windows.
Elevator, parking in residence closed.
Optional garage.
Free wifi access. Access T. V Orange (over 100 channels).
Hi-Fi, docking station I-Pod, I-Phone, DVD player.

We really enjoyed our stay , there was a heatwave 35/36 degrees) and I was worried as no air-conditioning but the fans worked really well. Blinds on outside of windows were great for keeping rooms cool too . Really lovely terrace for relaxing, couple of sun loungers , ( found one in back of wardrobe , along with beach umbrellas which we only came across near end of holiday ) little couch outside wasn't comfortable but fine for short periods.Good table for eating outside and big awning for shade if you want it. Lovely view.Good kitchen, cooked in a couple of nights , and lots of lunches at home. Fridge good and Nespresso coffee maker nice to have. Beds comfy but would have liked extra pillows as very flat. 2 good showers . About a 10 min walk to town and beach, bit of uphill coming back but not too bad. Lovely picturesque town , .Would recommend.

Well appointed apartment with a great view of the city and harbour. Great location allowing short walk to all Cassis and access to hikes. Good reception by Mme Germa. a bit difficult to communicate with owner (about one week mail response)
Would be nice to be told up front in listing the requirement for cash safety deposit for a foreigner to acquire the euros in time. Nicely forgave the deposit for me. Thank you.
At this time, mosquitoes made the use of the great balcony impossible.

Très bel appartement propre, fonctionnel et terrasse magnifique avec superbe vue, proche du centre de Cassis on peut y aller à pied ainsi qu à la mer
