Very nice apartment of 70 m2, renovated in 2014. Located in a gated estate on sought Cassis, 'The Cottage'. A 5 minute walk from downtown, the harbor and the beach of the great Wed.
Large sun terrace and trees of 35 m2 facing south-west with sea view, old village and castle.
2 bedrooms (1 bed 160x200cm, 2 beds 90x200cm, 1 sofa bed 140x190cm), office space, two bathrooms, fitted kitchen open to living room, large windows.
Elevator, parking in residence closed.

Well appointed apartment with a great view of the city and harbour. Great location allowing short walk to all Cassis and access to hikes. Good reception by Mme Germa. a bit difficult to communicate with owner (about one week mail response)
Would be nice to be told up front in listing the requirement for cash safety deposit for a foreigner to acquire the euros in time. Nicely forgave the deposit for me. Thank you.
At this time, mosquitoes made the use of the great balcony impossible.
