Residenza Apartments

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and fully equipped. Iva was an amazing host—she followed our journey before we arrived, stayed in touch throughout our stay, and always responded quickly. Jennifer, the housekeeper, was also wonderful, attentive, and very helpful. The only downside was that there was just one air conditioner in the living room. Other than that, everything was excellent, and we truly enjoyed our stay.

First of all, we would like to sincerely thank the entire Residenza team for the wonderful experience. Everything was far beyond our expectations. The welcome was warm and friendly, and the private parking was very convenient. There was also an elevator to the apartment, which made everything even easier. The area was very quiet while still being close to the city center. The apartment itself was large, spacious, and extremely comfortable. It had a washing machine with all the necessary supplies, a fully equipped kitchen with everything a guest could need, as well as a dishwasher. There were two clean bathrooms, a lovely living room with a TV, and a very comfortable and excellent bedroom. Fresh towels were provided every day, along with laundry supplies. This was truly one of the best accommodation experiences I have ever had. We are very grateful to the entire Residenza team and would happily stay here again.

The apartment is spacious and the amenities are good. The host was prompt to answer our queries. Beautiful sunset view from the balcony. Quiet neighborhood.

The apartment is not airconditioned as it says. The living room has air condition and there is a fan in one of the bedrooms. The second bedroom didnt have a fan and when requested they said there is no spare fan and it is not so hot. That was disappointing, as it was suffocating for us without a fan there. Thankfully the living room had a good sofa bed so we used that. The room service is about disposing the trash and replacing towels. I would suggest to keep a broom if cleaning is not part of the service. The bathrooms need an exhaust fan, it was so stuffy. The location is not walking distance from town, so taking a taxi every time was expensive. Having a rental car is best option. No hotels were willing to deliver to this area after 8 pm, that was a challenge on one night. Other evenings we dined out. Even with all these, we did enjoy the stay. You can consider these as suggestions to improve. It was a neat and family friendly apartment.
