Residenza Apartments

Kaldığımız daire büyük daire idi evimizde gibiydik.Gün batımı muhteşemdi . Çamaşırlarımızı yıkayıp rahatça kurutabileceğimiz geniş balkonu vardı dairenin. Otoparkı kesinlikle dışarıdan herhangi birisinin giriş girişini açık değil çok korumalı ve güvenliydi. sadece alışveriş yapabileceğimiz bir tane küçük bir market ve bir otelin roof restoranı vardı yemek için. Ama kesinlikle Kotor merkezde kalmak yerine tercih edilebilecek bir yer çok huzurluydu çok dinlendik burada. İki gün kaldığımız için restorana gitmekte sorun olmadı yürüme mesafesiydi. En yakın restoran Cielo otelin restoranı idi ve orasıda gün batımı manzarası muhteşem bir yerdi. Kotor’un kalabalık ve kaotik trafiğinde olmamak en büyük artısı

Navigasyon Kotor merkezden tünele girmeden olan rotayı göstermediği için ilk gün geçtiğimiz yollar çok kötüydü.Ertesi gün öğrendik doğru yolu😁 yakında sadece tekbir market ve restoran olması dezavantajı.

Wir haben schon in vielen Ferienwohnungen übernachtet, aber diese war mit Abstand die beste – sowohl von der Unterkunft als auch von der Betreuung her! Die Wohnung war modern, makellos sauber und perfekt ausgestattet. Besonders schön waren der kleine Kinderspielbereich und der private Parkplatz. Es hat einfach alles perfekt gepasst! Der Gastgeber war außergewöhnlich freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns zahlreiche tolle Tipps und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten empfohlen und uns sogar bei der Organisation einer Werkstatt zur Reparatur unseres Autos unterstützt. So viel Gastfreundschaft erlebt man wirklich selten! Wir können diese Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt

Als jemand der Deutsche Straßenverhältnisse gewohnt ist ist die Fahrt zur Wohnung etwas abenteuerlich. Wir haben es aber mit einem VW Bus 5 Nächte lang mehrmals am Tag problemlos geschafft.

The apartment is modern and has some nice furniture. The location is great if you want to be able to go to Kotor, Buda, Tivat and the peninsulas nearby. The host is very helpful and was prompt to respond. It's quiet too.

We didn't need to cook, but for those who do, it would be useful to add a few more pots and pans. There was only one frying pan when we visited, so not enough. There also wasn't any washing up liquid. There's a dishwasher but that's not helpful if one wants to clean only one or two things.

The apartment is spacious and the amenities are good. The host was prompt to answer our queries. Beautiful sunset view from the balcony. Quiet neighborhood.

The apartment is not airconditioned as it says. The living room has air condition and there is a fan in one of the bedrooms. The second bedroom didnt have a fan and when requested they said there is no spare fan and it is not so hot. That was disappointing, as it was suffocating for us without a fan there. Thankfully the living room had a good sofa bed so we used that. The room service is about disposing the trash and replacing towels. I would suggest to keep a broom if cleaning is not part of the service. The bathrooms need an exhaust fan, it was so stuffy. The location is not walking distance from town, so taking a taxi every time was expensive. Having a rental car is best option. No hotels were willing to deliver to this area after 8 pm, that was a challenge on one night. Other evenings we dined out. Even with all these, we did enjoy the stay. You can consider these as suggestions to improve. It was a neat and family friendly apartment.
