Lovely apartment in beautiful kotor.

A lovely apartment with a fabulous view of the bay. The apartment was well equipped, comfortable and in a quiet location. It was an easy walk into Kotor old town and the surrounding area. Our host Marko was very helpful.

It is very difficult to move around the area on public transport as the roads are often gridlocked. It is almost impossible to use the local buses as they don't run to any timetable or run at all as they are permanently in traffic jams. There aren't any local ferries, only speed boat trips. As the roads are so awful it would make sense to have ferries that would take you to the many beautiful villages and towns along the coast . It isn't possible to visit many of these places unless you hire a private boat which is very expensive.

Great apartment couldn’t fault it in any way

Great location with amazing view. Spacious and well equipped. Owner lives near by and was super helpful and efficient. We turned up early that was no problem.

Nice place to stay close de the center of Kotor. You can park the car and visit the city by feet. Large appartement with a balcony. We didn't stay long enough to enjoy the swimming pool.

The place is difficult to find, the address in booking is not clear enough, so you really need to check the message where you get the direction.

Beautiful spot away from busy centre

Beautiful apartment for a family with two bathrooms, kitchen and a great view. Excellent WiFi and air con to keep the teenagers happy. Loved the small pool area and it was a good location for us, within walking distance of a supermarket and really nice pizza place. You can walk to old town from here, takes about 25 minutes. It benefits from great views of the bay and mountains and the peace and quiet of being away from the busy roads.

We were fine with walking to town, but you might want to get taxis. The owner can help with transport.

A hidden gem in Kotor and an exceptional host

Everything about the property was superb, from the hosts hospitality, to the little details, as well as a decent sized apartments, it’s a massive gem for sure. Marco was a wonderful man and couldn’t go more out his way if he tried. The view from the apartment was also lovely with a view of the cruise ships one way and the mountains from another. The actual room itself was nice, fairly sized and the bed was really comfortable too.

No issues with the property, but it is about a 20 min walk to old town.

Beautiful Apartment with Incredible Views

We had a fantastic stay here and can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment we booked, our host Marko was amazing – incredibly helpful, responsive, and full of great local tips. The apartment itself was spotless, spacious, and full of charm, with beautiful stone walls and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The complex is equally lovely, in a quiet residential area, very peaceful and well maintained, with a small but perfectly clean pool and plenty of sunbeds for relaxing. The real highlight, though, is the stunning view over the Bay of Kotor and the surrounding mountains – absolutely breathtaking. It’s about a 20-minute walk down into town, with a bit of an uphill stretch on the way back – but we didn’t mind at all as it was the perfect excuse to walk off dinner! A supermarket is at the bottom of the hill. All in all, it's a brilliant place to stay, and we highly recommend it. Thankyou Marko, we had a great holiday!

Great location for Kotor and surrounding area, very well equipped apartments with a nice pool area and fabulous views.

Excellent standard of apartment which were spacious, well equipped, very clean and comfortable with fabulous views of Kotor and the stunning mountains! Marko our host was very helpful throughout, with good communication before we arrived and during our stay. I would definitely recommend the apartments, especially if you have all of them for a larger family and friend group.

A fabulous place to stay in a beautiful and historical town.

We loved staying at Marco's spotless apartments. We are two families and we took the entire building of 5 apartments between us. The location of the apartments is perfect - in a nice quiet residential area but only a 15 minute walk to the beautiful old town with loads of restaurants and bars. The views from the apartments are spectacular, looking out across Kotor bay over the old town and fortress. The gardens and upkeep in general are spotless, with a couple of resident tortoises as a bonus! The pool area is great and gets the sun for the full day. Marco is a great host and lives next door so is on hand for any issues. Overall a fantastic stay, would recommend 100%.

The apartments are up a hill, which is a bit of slog after a nice meal and a few drinks, but it is doable for anyone of average fitness/mobility, and the views are worth it!

Brilliant apartment in Kotor

It was perfect with a large living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms and a balcony with the most magnificent view . There was a pool and Marco the owner was wonderful. It was spotlessly clean with comfortable beds. We didn’t want to leave.

Kotor 2023

Marko was a gentleman, from the beginning he responded to all my queries and answered any questions while we were there. The apartment was lovely and cool and was spotless. The location was as described, quiet and a 15 min walk down into the old town. The towels were offered every 4 days which was a bonus and the bed linen changed after a week.

The 🦟, make sure you go prepared with sprays and use the plug in provided. When I book 2 weeks away I purposely look for somewhere with a BBQ if the cooking facilities are limited in the apartment as they were here due to only having a two ring hob with no oven. I like to cook on the nights we don't eat out. However, the BBQ was out of order, some problem with the chimney and we were only told about this on arrival, this was disappointing and one of the reasons I've not scored Marko higher. Something else I would like to mention, Marko came over to us one evening around midnight to ask us to be quiet as there was a family above us. I found this odd as we were just talking to a couple next to us who we were getting along with brilliantly and we just chatting and laughing, there was no music on. I was surprised that Marko felt the need to say anything as we were just having a good time on holiday and we were far from rowdy. It turned out that there was a family above us with a 5 year old, however this apartment was advertised as adult only. So just a note for Marko we could have complained about that & the fact there was a child around the pool etc, but we didn't, and perhaps he should have considered that before asking us to be quiet. We were no louder or quieter on the other evenings and Marko never felt the need to say anything in those night's.

We stayed in the Penthouse apartment. It was beautiful, spacious, and modern with a perfect postcard view from the balcony. Close enough to walk into the old town. Close to a supermarket. And the pool was just lovely.

Beautiful apartment with amazing views

Spacious apartment with incredible views from a private balcony. It has everything you need and it’s a 15 minute walk to the Old Town. Nice cafe nearby and supermarket at the end of the road. Modern, clean and great host!

The only tiny thing was that the pool was extremely cold, so hard to swim as it wasn’t heated. But the pool area is lovely and if you’re brave you can get in!

Beautiful views, lovely pool, comfortable apartment and helpful owner whose son was available to provide us with taxi services.

Only a couple of very small things could be improved e.g. it would be good to provide scissors in the kitchen and would be a nice touch to provide some anti-mosquito spray. Sometimes could hear the people moving around in the flat upstairs which can't be helped.

Exceeded all our expectations - a perfect stay.

01/05/22 - 11/05/22. We booked this 10 night break at Mezini 11 three years ago pre pandemic. We finally arrived to a spotlessly clean, modern and well equiped 1st floor apartment with stunning views over the bay. The apartment was one of five set in well maintained grounds with a lovely pool area. Situated in a peaceful elevated area, a short walk from old town Kotor around 15 minutes. Marko the host was the best, he was attentive and nothing was too much trouble, both before and during our stay, always on hand to help to make our time perfect! and it was 10/10. Thank you Marko you are the perfect host and you have a beautiful place, we will be back.

Exceptional place to stay in Kotor! Apartment was a good size with everything that we needed. Pool area was new, lovely and clean. Marko as a host was extremely welcoming and friendly, and gave a lot of useful information for our trip. Location was 10 minutes walk to the Old Town and had a supermarket and bakery 5 mins walk away. Already considering another stay here with family!
