Die Unterkunft war einfach hervorragend – von Anfang an fühlte man sich wie zu Hause. Alles war sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet, sodass es einem an nichts fehlte. Besonders praktisch waren Waschmaschine und Trockner, mit denen wir jederzeit unsere Wäsche waschen konnten – so sind wir ganz entspannt und ohne Schmutzwäsche abgereist.
Die Einrichtung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet: frische Pflanzen im Wohn- und Essbereich, geschmackvolle Bilder, gemütliche Beleuchtung und Spiegel in Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer – alles zusammen sorgte für eine einladende Atmosphäre. Auch die Betten waren sehr komfortabel und haben für erholsamen Schlaf gesorgt.
Ein weiteres Highlight war das frische Quellwasser direkt aus der Leitung – Trinkwasser mussten wir also nicht kaufen. Der beheizte Pool war perfekt temperiert und durch seine Größe ideal zum Schwimmen oder einfach zum Planschen geeignet. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist angenehm ruhig und trotzdem zentral.
Besonders hervorheben möchten wir auch den Besitzer Nenad, der uns sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen hat. Eine Schale mit frischen, köstlichen Trauben – bekamen wir auch. Eine wirklich sehr nette Geste, die den Aufenthalt noch persönlicher machte.

Beautiful villa in the hills just outside of Kotor.
Well equipped with everything you needed.
Excellent air conditioning throughout the villa, beds were really comfortable.
All appliances worked well - washer and a tumble dryer which was great.
Pool was beautiful and we enjoyed that in particular!
Nenad was great and visited us on the first day to check we were okay.
Easy check in with the lock box which I prefer.
3 supermarkets within 5 minutes but I’d recommend HDL in the industrial estate.
Lots of cars coming up the hill to the fresh water spring - which is brilliant for the locals of Kotor but could be noisy.
Nothing the owner can do about that though - completely out of his control.
