Great apartment, great views, good location

Very nice apartment close to the old town (10mins walk) had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. Beautiful view of the bay from the balcony. Easy parking.

Beautiful Apartment

Absolutely gorgeous apartment with beautiful views over Kotor, the apartment was spotless and had everything we needed for our short trip. 100% recommended, the balcony was gorgeous for evening and the property was even nicer than the pictures in person. Beds were so comfortable and in a really quiet location.

Wonderful experience!

The experience of living in these apartments was great. It was felt that this place is run by a close-knit and loving family, where everyone has their own duties and responsibilities. We were warmly welcomed and shown everything, the rooms were clean and tidy. The apartments had everything we needed - a washing machine, towels, a hairdryer, dishes for cooking and enjoying food, etc. We were told several times that we could contact them with all our questions. The apartments are located a 25 minute walk from the swimming area and the old town. The store is within easy reach. The landscape around was very beautiful - the mountains are within arm's reach. Thank you for letting us enjoy a wonderful vacation!

The apartment was spotless, super clean. Had all the amenities, even small details like kitchen paper, extra toilet paper, shower gel. Even had a washing machine with washing detergent. It is in a quiet area of Kotor with great views of the bay with an incredible terrace. Walking distance, 10 min walk from bus station, 15 min walk from old town. I did not have a car and was able to do all the touristic attractions easily. The hosts are very nice, always asking if you are fine or need anything. Will totally recommend this place.

Would highly recommend for a budget stay, includes parking & kitchen

Great to have a parking spot. Handy to have a kitchen equipped with tea kettle, microwave, fridge, utensils, dishes, stove burners, etc. The owners answer questions by Whatsapp and are respectful of guests' privacy. Nice to have an outdoor patio with mountain views.

Temporary construction right beside our unit but it should be finished before autumn 2025. (Note the owners do live in the same building and are adding more units)

Good location, easy walk into old town.

Views from bottom floor not the same as the pictures. Ongoing construction right infront of the house which also caused a lot of noise disturbance. Quite small compared to in the pictures.

Excellent location, only 10 mins walk to the old town with supermarkets on the way. Apartment had everything we needed. Also had a sea view from the outside terrace with table and chair. Free private parking!

A good place to stay for 2 nights

Very nice views of the town, lake and surrounding hills from the terrace. The room was comfortable and a good size. The hosts were friendly and helpful.

The room was rather dark and old-fashioned wiith an old style electric stove. There is bit of a slope up from the bus station, but not too bad. The owner is building a new block on the site, and there is construction into the night but not too noisy. Had to pay in cash.

- location was 15 minutes walk to the old town and a bus station - nearby supermarket - quiet - many towels - if you don’t care about the view, then it is ok. It has a good location

- We didn’t have a view to the mountains or the bay (only second floor apartment has it) ground floor is facing a construction - no kettle - poor security (doors don’t lock properly and could be easily to break in) - advertised main picture of the view does not reflect the reality. It was probably shot from a drone

We arrived at midnight and the owner was waiting for us. Easy to communicate with. Apartment nearby the Kotor Town.

There has construction of new building in front of the apartment. The environment quite dusty as I can feel it when I walk at the corridor and patio area.

Great value for money, perfect place to stay in Kotor, would highly recommend!

The property was excellent, everything we had hoped for. Great amenities which included a washing machine, washing powder and a line outside. The outdoor seating was great, very spacious table and very nice views of the mountains. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we could need. The owners were really lovely.

Very peaceful and quiet

Great accommodation. Everything was very good. Very cozy apartment, Felt very comfortable. The hosts were also very friendly. On the last day we still wanted to visit Kotor old town in the morning, so as our bus to Budva was in the afternoon, the host offered to keep your luggage for as many hours we needed. If you stay in Kotor we highly recommend this apartment. Kotor is a beautiful place, we should have stayed at least 2 nights, but we will come back for sure. We still have to visit Perast and Sveti Stefan.

Superb

We had a spacious and well equipped apartment in the first floor with balcony and nice view to Kotor bay. At the property there is a big parking place in the garden behind the house. The host was so kind and let us leave our car there the whole day after we left the apartment when we did a bike tour to Lovčen.

They have a special kind of lock at the entrance door to the apartment (you have to push the handle up during the unlocking the door). After the dinner in late hours we could not open it and we had to call the owner - after some trials he finally succeeded to open the doors.

Pleasant

The apartament has a great view from balcony and this is main advantage of this place, what isn't dificult because Kotor Bay is beautiful.

I can't recommend this place for families with children, especially with stroller, not only because it is far away from the city, but also because the way is dangerous and often without pavement, what was risky for us. Car is a must. Cleanliness could be better especially in bathroom which was stinky. Also there is a problem with ants in the kitchen, there were mamy of them. WiFi was bad.

Very good

The view was very good. The host answered questions and was helpful almost always -helped us with airport transfer and helped with meal orders in a rainy day when we didn't have any other options. which was really appreciated.

The location was not only far away from the center but also wrongly written. So when we write it in maps it showed a different location and we struggled to find it. It was really bad with the rain and the luggage. They don't do the tourist tax themselves and made us do it whereas it was not like this in other accommodations in Montenegro.
