Perfect location and host.

Location excellent for access to the old town and the ferry port. Host extremely helpful and informative. Property provided all the facilities necessary for a completely enjoyable stay.

Would definitely stay here again!

The communication with the owner was great. The place is very cozy and clean. The location is superb - between the old town and the bus station. Everything in the room was very convenient, there's everything you might need. It's on the ground floor, but the outside areas are quite private, so I didn't feel inconvenienced. I missed the place when I had to leave!

Everything was great! If I have one suggestion - it would be to have a thicker duvet with a duvet cover along with the existing sheet + wool blanket. The bedding was good, but some people prefer proper thick duvets even in hot weather.

A perfect stay in a peaceful, well-located apartment with everything we needed and a wonderfully attentive host.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment, it truly deserves a 10/10! The location was perfect: just a five-minute walk to Kotor Old Town, set in a peaceful spot right by the water, and close to a supermarket, a bus stop, and the amazing BBQ Tanjga restaurant. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, well-equipped with everything we needed, and situated in a quiet, safe neighbourhood. Check-in was smooth and straightforward thanks to the clear instructions from our host. Speaking of our host, Bojana was absolutely wonderful, incredibly responsive, helpful, and always just a WhatsApp message away. Their attentiveness made our stay even more enjoyable. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kotor!

Beautiful and comfortable stay!

The apartment was very large, modern, conformable and very well equipped with all you need for a conformable stay! Location was great, in front of the marina and 5mins walking distance from Kotor old city. Our host Bojana, was very helpful and gave us multiple recommendations for trips, activities and restaurants around the area. I would highly recommend it.

Wonderful comfortable and will definitely recommend

It is located facing the kotor old town… very new in furniture and well equipped. It’s is located at the southern gate of the old town entrance no more than a 2 min walk. Our host Bojana was amazing she welcomed us and gave us advices for restaurants and trips. The room was spacious and beautiful very well organized and clean.

We had wonderful 5-day stay touring around Kotor Bay. Reserved parking is so convenient since parking is limited.

Perfect location. It is just few minutes walk from main old town gate. Very new, clean and fully equipped. There are many great restaurants nearby. Bojana is so wonderful host. She is very responsive and attentive to details in making sure your stay is perfect. Book big unit with reserved parking spot.

Our host is very friendly and willing to help. She gave us a lot of suggestions. It feels like that you have a local friend. :) The appartment room is well equipped. And the location is great that you can catch up a bus that departs in 10 min.

Remember to bring a mosquito repellent/spray if you book the room on ground floor.

Great location, only a short 5 minute walk to the old town. The studio apartment was very clean, comfortable and very spacious. Our host was very friendly and helpful.

As it's a central location, there is very little parking available. Our host was helpful in providing information on free public parking in the area before we arrived.

Excellent location, clean and tidy. Old town is a few minutes' walk from accommodation and convenience store is also very close. Host is very friendly and accommodating. Free parking is included (you have to reserve). Especially useful if you want to visit other locations in Montenegro and not worry about parking spot when you return.

There was nothing in particular I didn't like with accommodation. City of Kotor has some issues with parking even if you travel off season, so be sure to reserve it with host when you book your stay.

Our host was so friendly & considerate. The brand new apartment is well designed with good taste. It’s just by the shore, only 50 meters once you step out of your room. Parking was an other advantage.

We loved everything in this apartment: the design, the cleanness, the location the exceptional equipped kitchenet and bathroom and most of all the treatment of the hostess. Great location, close enough to the old town centre but just far away enough for some peace and quiet. The apartment has recently been upgraded to a high spec and has everything you need with excellent aircon and soundproofing as well. Located close to a supermarket, with restaurants on the doorstep. The host was extremely friendly, responsive, helpful and spoke excellent English. I would thoroughly recommend

Top class! Superb! Best Ever!

The appartement is new, beautifully designed and very comfortable for a family of four. Equipped with a cooker, toaster, kettle, microwave, washing machine - all of which are top spec. The WiFi ( almost as important as air to teenagers) is excellent. The air-conditioning is perfect. Overall, the appartement is well worth the price and managed with great care and attention. The owners couldn't be more attentive to your needs. The communication from the hosts is top class; invaluable information was provided well before our arrival. We were made to feel right at home and were given excellent information regarding the best beaches and restaurants in the area. The location of the appartement is superb; just a two-minute walk to the centre of beautiful Kotor and a very short walk from the nearest beach. We are seasoned travellers and have visited many countries over the last 20 years. This is, without doubt, one of our favourite locations. It's so pleasing to know that you're staying in classy, upmarket accomodation. We will definitely come back.

We arrived from Dubrovnik on July 30th which was probably the worst possible date to cross the border from Croatia into Montenegro. The queues were enormous; it would have been much easier to cross a day or two later. We should have done our research in advance. However, our host, Bojana , was very reassuring and kind during this unwelcome moment.

perfect place to stay in!

We booked a 'studio apartment' and it was really lovely as it so happens that the apartment was recently renovated and we seem to be the first occupants. Everything is brand new! The bed was comfy, the kitchen was complete with every little thing we needed, and there was even a small computer desk which made it perfect as I was working whenever I could. Lots of places to hang clothes/towels and what-have-yous... there was also a drying rack outside the apartment for when you need to hang wet beach wear. I gotta say this has been the most convenient and homey place we ever stayed in. Host was very helpful and gave lots of suggestions to make our vacation more worthwhile- our favorite was the Jaz beach as we wouldnt've found out about it if she didn't mention it, so thank you so much once again!!! I absolutely recommend this apartment and will be happy to come back in the future.

Make sure to keep the windows and door closed as there are big mosquitoes around... but then this is common in Kotor/Montenegro I think. anyhow, it's just a minor issue for us.

Kotor is a beautiful town and I wholehartedly recommend staying at Kotor Center "W"

Location is great, just across the street from the entrance to the old town. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bed was comfortable and it was nice to have a table outside for drinking our morning coffee. The host is very willing to help for whatever was required. The welcoming gifts (wine, beer, water, espresso machine pods) were a very nice touch. The place has a dedicated parking spot, which was really helpful.

This place was perfect! Parking for us one of the main reasons we chose this studio, and so glad we did! Lovely host, she helped us book a table at an excellent restaurant and got us a taxi to go there. Very close to the walled city of Kotor.
