At my check in there was no one at the desk. The sign stated check in time at 3pm. I was there at 3:07pm. And doors that had key card locks were left propped wide open at this time and throughout my stay. I selected this property in reliance on the amenities advertised for the suites, particularly the availability of a coffee maker and kitchen/eating utensils. Unfortunately, those amenities were not provided. When I checked into my room, there was no coffee maker. When I asked the property about it, I was told that they had never had coffee makers in any of the rooms. There were also no eating or cooking utensils in the room. I was told that I could purchase pots and pans for an additional charge. However, I still needed basic eating utensils, including forks, spoons, and knives, which were not provided. This is especially concerning because online listings for this specific property at 8045 Rockville Road have represented these amenities as being available: Agoda – Extended Stay America Select Suites – Indianapolis – West The Agoda listing identifies the property and lists “Coffee/tea maker” and “Full kitchen” under “Available in all rooms”: These representations were important to my decision to stay at this property. An extended-stay hotel advertising a full kitchen and cooking/eating utensils reasonably creates the expectation that a guest will actually be able to use that kitchen for cooking and eating. I could not walk on the floor in my room barefoot. The soles of my feet immediately turned black. For these reasons, I would not recommend this factility for a solo female traveler.

I asked for another room she showed me and it also was not suitable to stay in I asked for a full refund I didn't receive. I guess I'll have to contact the Marion Board of Health department and send these pictures into their office
