We took cold showers, no hot water. The toilet would not flush and even after asking for a plunger it wouldn’t flush, there are definitely plumbing issues. The building was very noisy.

Everything was broken. If It had a cabinet or drawers, the door of it would be leaning against the wall rather than attached. Bathroom door wouldnt stay closed. Could hear everything from the road outside.

The hotel was extremely old, dingy and dirty, the room had very dirty walls, dirty fridge, stove, etc. We took one look at the room and turned around and went back downstairs asking for refund. Dirty towels outside in the parking, front lobby door had bent metal in the front, all together place needs a complete tear down and remodel, wouldn’t be surprised if the rooms have bed bugs. We stayed at another hotel which met all of our expectations. Never seen such terrible place.

A total sh_t hole!

The toilet was close to non functional. The tub had no stopper to hold water and was not clean. There were unidentified stains on the bed spread, the mattress was cheap and both my wife's and my back hurt the next morning. The refrigerator did not keep anything cold (we left our milk and other food in the room for fear they had spoiled, we complained about constant loud noise from the room above us which kept us awake. There were numerous people in cars in the parking lot smoking pot and/or drinking/and or drugs. We counted 3 what looked like down and out types sitting on the walks outside the building with alcohol containers around them. I was very worried my truck would be broken into during the night because of all the low life types in and around this facility. And worst of all, there was no staff in the building after 10 pm until 10am the next day, only a phone near the office we could call in case of emergency. And in addition to no staff in the building between 10pm & 10am there was no security as well. We could not leave soon enough. This facility is best described as a sh_t hole and we will never book a room in another Extended Stay America Select Suites again.

We felt as if we’d be kidnapped and sold to the Mexican cartel.

Location was perfect. Close to home, which is what we desired. Staff was nice, not very informative. We needed somewhere to go since we’d lost power at home and it was humid.

Everything else. Very noisy and not well kept. Bed, well… I’m not sure how that qualifies as a bed. Pillows? Non existent. Asked for more, never received a reply. We ended up leaving three hours after we checked in due to the noise and discomfort. Do not recommend.

location was great

way overpriced for the quality of the hotel . our hallway smelled of smoke . the room two doors down argued very loud until about 3:50am . our bath tub did not drain very well at all . and our heat did not work in the room . this is more for people who live in hotels verses travelers . would never stay here again . also I booked with booking for one price and it was $30 more expensive when I checked in . I wouldn’t pay $50 to stay here let alone the $133 they charged me .

We had 3 people with 2 towels and one of the towels had someone else's curly hair on it. Smelled funny in the whole place. The beds were very uncomfortable.

I didn't know there was a breakfast. Location worked well for my needs.

This was the dirtiest and worst maintained hotel I have stayed in. Wall outlets weren't attached to the walls. The security latch for the door was held in by half a screw. I had to bump my shoulder into the door to open it from the hallway. There were several stains running down the walls of the bathroom and there were cockroaches.
