there was nothing to like. staff was unhelpful, room was very unclean

room was very unclean, used soap in the shower and strands of hair in the bed. every soft surface had some type of stain on it. ceiling was covered in dust. vent fan in the bathroom didn't work, you could see the plug sitting on top of it.

Ok for the price, but would not be my 1st recommendation

Setup of room was fine. 2 tvs. One in sleeping are and othe in living/office section.

Towel and blanket were stained. Windows did not latch.side doors and elevator were both broken. Did not receive housekeeping on second day so had to go ask fresh towels. As for breakfast, biscuits were kept in a crackpot, not a warmer. Meat ran out quickly and nothing was restocked timely. Apple juice and waffle batter seemed to have slight sour taste.

The price was nice and having a couch that pull out for a bed

Lack of cleaning, repairs needed, very limited on bathroom towels and wash cloths, one trash can and non in bathroom. Breakfast was very disappointing ran out of biscuits very small amount of gravy. No milk for cereal and lack of cream cheese for bagels. When ask the attendant he was very rude when asking about some food which was ran out of.

The hotel was nice for my one night stay. Price was decent.

The breakfast was decent. The staff member was helpful. I ordered food, but they didn't provide me with silverware. I called down and was told they had some. When I came down, he was offering other things if I needed them.

The only disappointing thing was that there were no washcloths in the bathroom. The lighting in the room was dim. I need bright light. The room was a lot nicer than I expected. The housekeeping needs to keep the remote for the TV in the same area. I had to search the room for the living area remote. They also had both trash cans in the bathroom instead of putting the one back in the living area.

"It's a third party"

Hotel was a quality suites hotel and rooms were impressively clean and an impressive deal for two rooms if one wasn't half destroyed.

Many things were broken, the sofa bed came off the floor when unfolded, coffee maker did not work, half the lamps did not work in both rooms, we had to reset outlets to get most to work, hair dryer was half ripped off the wall, and the toilets o ring was warped causing it to always flush. Lastly the vending machine in the lobby stole a friends money three times without refund or a sold out warning and hotel staff offered no assistance other than saying "Its a third party."

It was dirty. Old and stained shower curtain; not well cleaned. Breakfast was pathetic. Juice machine broken. Front desk guy was asleep most of the time and had to wake him.
