The owner/operator was very kind, helpful and responsive. The room was excellent, very spacious for Scotland with a private en-suite. Breakfast was delicious. The house is a short walk from City Centre, Inverness Castle and the River Ness walkway. I highly recommend.

Mattress needs updating. Rolling to middle of bed… and pillows were like sleeping with a thin pancake.
Shower stall floor very sloppy, needs bath mat to be safe.

Joan made us feel very welcome and showed us to a lovely large room with its own bathroom. She suggested some restaurants in Inverness where we could eat that night. The bed was super comfy and we had a fabulous cooked breakfast in the morning. Cullis House is ideally placed for an easy walk into Inverness to explore, is very close to the castle and Ness Islands in the opposite direction. Would highly recommend a stay here.
