Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Perfect location for exploring Inverness and surrounding area.

Clean, comfy (lovely firm mattress), nice decor location. Staff friendly enough but it’s a self check-in which feels a bit cold and I only saw Willie at breakfast, then on way out you don’t interact with anyone either. Cooked breakfast was good but everything else on the buffet felt basic eg cheap cereals and fruit clearly canned
