Location good but could be difficult to walk from the railway station up the steps if you have heavy luggage. Very clean and comfortable bed.
We were warned that it is very small but actually it’s tiny. If you were a larger person or had more than hand luggage it would be a real struggle.

It did not meet my expectations in so far as there was not a lot of space - it is quite compact. Not recommended for anyone with a "spring loaded" rucksack or suitcase. That said, and knowing what it is like I would consider using it should return to Invverness.
