It’s a great location, the owner is responsive (though I never got to meet her and the use of the garden/courtyard is a bonus,
The room is quite small, Two ppl with a lot of luggage might struggle. I just needed somewhere to crash and it was fine for me. If I’m being picky the wash hand basin is very small.

Location to local amenities was great and had modern fitted bathroom.
Room was quite small but gave us everything for an overnight stop on way to Carnoustie.

Very clean indeed. Good directions and a nice outside space.
At around 6.30am we got a checkout message from the owner via booking.com requesting that we strip the bed and linen (if we wanted to). We normally do this but thought it was a bit cheeky to be honest. The room and bathroom were very small.
