We loved our stay at Splendid! I have never seen a breakfast spread quite as beautiful and amazing! The butter and croissants and jam selection… magnifique! This hotel does small details so well — from the free drinks in the lobby (vin chaud and chocolat chaud in the evening, coffee in the morning, sparkling water) to the robe and slippers in the room. It is a super location too. We had a terrace overlooking the lake and city, yet the street noises were not noticeable at all. Pick this hotel. Can’t wait to stay here again soon!

Great location in the city centre and everything is within walking distance. Easily accessible parking solution in Hotel de Ville parking. Room was in very nice condition. Staff were excellent, very friendly and welcoming.

Great room! FYI we paid for the lake view, but discovered it's pretty much hidden by giant trees in the park between the hotel and lake. It didn't end up being a big issue as the view of the park and mountains was still lovely. Location was perfect. Gym was very, very small.

Wonderful stay at The Splendid Hotel. Fantastic location next to Lake Annecy. Lovely staff. Fabulous breakfast and decent sauna and gym. Would highly recommend. Super close to the Old Town too.

This was not a 4 star hotel. Indeed the room needed badly new painting and repairs. Not very clean with a lot of dust on fourniture. We had take the lux room yet there was only Space for the bad. Nobody to help being us the bagages. However the front desk people were charm g. The
