Recommended for a short stay in Annecy

+ The breakfast was very good for the price we paid; there was a decent selection, and everything was tasty. + The room was clean and reasonably sized. + Easy access to a bus line right outside the hotel that could take us close to the lakeside.

- No air conditioning. We went in June, and it was already hot outside. We had the fan running nonstop while we were in the room, but it was still too hot to be comfortable. - No elevator. We were in a room on the third floor and needed to go up and down using the stairs, not a deal-breaker, but not ideal either.

Very good

The bed was comfortable, the shower was nice, the breakfast was good, and the staff was attentive. There are free parking spots next to the hotel. The hotel is in a quiet area and very close to a bus stop, which made it very easy to access the city center.

Nicer than we expected for a 2 star hotel

Nice and close to arcadium where were at for a concert. Nice big bedroom and shower room.

The toilet was in the tiniest of rooms barely big enough to fit the toilet, it was fine, but advice for anyone staying, put the lid down before you flush because the spray will hit you! :)

bed was comfortable, and bathroom recently renovated

from the previous reviews we were led to believe hotel was a very good option, however hotel is old and in need of repair, there is no air conditioning or elevator (was tough lugging luggage to 3rd floor) and paint was peeling from walls. area was not the best.

Small budget hotel, does the job.

it was pretty close to the city centre, we took bus (15 mins) but there are parking available as well. Also had a comfortable parking space at the hotel. we didn’t wait for the breakfast, just left early so I don’t know anything about that. Bed was large and comfortable. Everything was very clean.

Our room was on the third floor, no lift. No air conditioner. No kettle, no coffee,tea. But we were prepared.

The room was big and clean, the staff is pleasant

The hotel is quite far from the centre and overpriced (maybe be due to the high season). No shops or eating-out options around the hotel were available on Monday. The room looked old-fashioned.
