Room was great. The pool area was lovely, lots of clean towels and available loungers. Umbrellas on wheels was a helpful touch! The restaurant was delicious and we enjoyed our meal. Staff on Reception were super helpful finding us a parking space even though I forgot to pre-book.

Pauline, the assistant manager, was super helpful in resolving an issue and made our stay most excellent!

This is an excellent hotel! The hotel is full service but also a quick walk to the historic center of Annecy. So the best of both worlds. We appreciated being able to reserve and pay to park our car in their small underground garage. The morning breakfast is not included but you have a choice between a very good buffet on the hotel terrace overlooking the lake or grab and go items at the small cafe in the lobby. The pool was a highlight as it was quite warm. The pool was a perfect temperature with sun loungers and a bar for spritz up the stairs. The rooms were nicely appointed with nice linens and good hanging space. And good air conditioning!!!

This is a very convenient location, by the lake with and a short stroll to town. Rooms were well appointed and very clean. I appreciated the still and sparking water fountains on each floor, with reusable bottles available. Underground parking was very helpful, staff let us park after we checked out for a time, as we went back into the town. Pool and patio areas are lovely and the cafe had all we needed (we didn’t make it to the first floor restaurant). Staff were very friendly and helpful, gracious with my limited French and switched to English as needed.
