Horrible smell.. Insect on the sofa which is already dirty.. lack of sheet and blanket..

It was very clean, the mattresses are insanely comfortable, I like that even in a small room for two there's a little kitchenette and fridge. The staff were very lovely and helpful with our issues, they offered to change our rooms after messing up the booking. Good location not too far by bus and quiet enough at night.

Messed up the booking as I'd requested a one bed apartment with two single beds not a double bed. Also they need to put the number for their overnight security on the welcome pack. We thought we had been stalked into the hotel one night and couldn't call anyone at the hotel because it was past 10pm when reception shuts. Only after telling the staff of this incident the day after did they tell us about the overnight security and provide us with the number. Which I'm very grateful for but it would've stopped a lot of panic had I already had that number.

Breakfast was nice and staff was amazing.

1-The room is not the same in the pictures. 2-The kitchen fan was making noise so you could not sleep comfortably since it doesn't turn off. 3-The staff claimed that room cleaners doesn't pass by and clean the room every day if you're staying less than 4 nights which is unacceptable and i didn't appreciate at all.

I had the most dreadful experience at this hotel! Let me tell you everything that went wrong. Firstly, they had the audacity to only change the towels every three nights. Can you believe that? On top of that, they didn't even bother to clean our room during our entire stay. It was absolutely disgusting! But wait, it gets worse. We ran out of toilet paper, and guess what? The towels were soaking wet! It was like they didn't care about our comfort at all. Frustrated, we went to the reception in the morning to request fresh towels and toilet paper. We specifically made it clear that we needed them urgently. However, when we returned to our room later that night, we were shocked and infuriated to find that they had completely ignored our request. Can you believe their incompetence? Enraged, I called the receptionist and explained the situation. But instead of being understanding or helpful, she had the nerve to be rude and unprofessional. She had the audacity to say, "You shouldn't have waited until 9 pm to ask for these things." Excuse me? Is it not their responsibility to provide basic amenities and fulfill guest requests? And to top it all off, she had the audacity to suggest that towels would magically dry on their own during the day. Ridiculous! I was on the verge of giving her a piece of my mind and telling her that she clearly lacks any knowledge of basic biology or proper hygiene. But I restrained myself, despite her unprofessional behavior. Let me be clear, there may be some decent and professional receptionists at this hotel, but this particular experience has left me furious and deeply disappointed. And let's not forget about the hotel's location. It was the worst I have ever seen! I wouldn't return to this place even if they offered me a free stay. Save yourself the trouble and find a better hotel with competent staff and a decent location. Trust me, you'll thank me later!

Sheet of 1 bed was dirty, closing time for reception on booking.com was 9 p.m. and then turned out to be 7 p.m., instructions for entry were received per email at 6:30 p.m., problems with a Mastercard which is being used daily

Halfway to outskirt district hotel's location is quiete comparing to old city. I enjoyed my own kitchen corner and very much appreciate the cleaning staff"s work: realy tidy room I had. Doors in and out have entrance safeted.

Making booking on internet there is no help to explain proceeding options by urbain transport.Arrived late in dark felt disoriented and finally drivers at railwaystation were explaining me number 2 line to take and which stop getting of.

It was a full fledged appart-hotel with elevator and parking available on-site at a small fee. Huge openable windows with a lovely view of the mountains. Well equipped kitchen. Would have been nice to have a small couch.

Musty smell in the bathroom. We had to keep the bathroom door open , and the windows open to ventilate, and it became ok.
