Easy check-in. Clean and comfortable room. Mattress firmness was just right. The room and bathroom were a good size. Not many amenities, but perfect for a quick stay. Great location - Across the street from the train station and close to grocery stores, cafes, and shops.

Nice hotel. Beds were comfortable. But they do NOT have air conditioning in the traditional sense. They only supply it in the summer. If you need a cold room you will need to open the window. Make sure you ask for the side of the hotel that's not on the train tracks.

Great hotel experience - rooms were sparklingly clean. On a main road by the railway, but double windows meant it was silent at night. Staff were helpful, hotel lounge/foyer space great for working in, fast internet.

Room could have been better designed - space was not very efficiently used. Too much dead space without a table or a chair to sit on. Booked a king size bed but got a normal bed unfortunately. There is no key lock security to enter the hotel or the escalator. Every morning at breakfast we encountered the same person begging for money.

Travelled with my 18 month old toddler. Asked for a baby bed and they went above and beyond (even if I didn't need any extra blankets). Bonus, the room is almost baby proof. The high chairs for breakfast were also in good condition. It was a lovely stay for a single parent weekend. The staff were also so nice! Would come back again :)

Overall it was a good stay, but there were a few things that we would've changed. We were very close to the train station, which was nice, but the train noise at night was a bit too much. Also, the room was a bit smaller than we'd like. We had a standard king room. No washcloths and no A/C (which we hear is normal but was a surprise for us Americans).

Second stay here and either come back. Great staff, and the location and ambience are really great. It can be a bit noisy at night city-side, but only when the window is open. Overall, recommend highly.

I got there early but they were able to let me check in early without any extra fee. Stuff was very nice and friendly. Room was clean and quiet. There was no fridge and no phone and also found it a bit odd that there was no shower door, so half part was glass and the other half was completely open….but other than that, everything was great. It is only a few minutes walk from the train station with lots of restaurants and stores within walking distance, very convenient location. I would stay here again if I ever had a chance again!
