Location and access to long distance and suburban trains is great. Room comfort is questionable.

The location is very convinient and public transport is readily available. Rooms are fairly big for a business visit.

There were bedbugs I found.. Temperature control was a bit off. Too warm (Level +2) or too cold(Level 0). Didnt end with a sound sleep.

Pleasant hotel in an unbeatable location for easy access to Bonn and for onward travel.

Breakfast was good and location was extremely convenient for trains as I was travelling on most days and the hotel was a good base.

The one single disappointment during my stay was that the wi-fi did not always work.

Basic and a little overpriced for what it is.

The location was good. The staff were friendly.

The onsite parking was expensive. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were so flat they should not have bothered. The aircon was also fixed and could be barely regulated, basically too warm.

Dissapointing and definitely not a 4-star hotel

- Okay breakfast - Location right next to the historic centre

- Extremely rude and unhelpful personnel - They gave us wrong information during check-in and the person at the reception was rude and condescending. They also ignored when we asked for extra pillows. - Limited toiletries - Room was dusty

Practical for short stays- just next to train station

Location and easy access. Rooms are not big, so it should be a stay to do something else outside. Breakfast is ok. It has double windows so you cannot hear much from the train station.

At night, after a certain time is not clear how you can get in the hotel (swiping your card).

Fine hotel

It was my second stay. Rooms are quiet, window isolation is excellent. Also for the night the corridor door was closed, which is great, because no sounds from the elevator were getting in (common thing in other hotels). Beds, pillows, bedsheets, towels, everything excellent. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is enough. They used to have richer breakfast, with great pancakes, now it is the basic offer, but still very nice. Location is excellent, very convenient. Hotel is mostly used by business travelers. As a solo female traveler, I felt completely safe both in the hotel and in the area.

They would get a star more in my review, but there was a problem with check in: my key did not work. I arrived after a whole day of difficult travel, and all I wanted was to collapse on the bed. Instead I had to go back to the receptions, where I was told it is most likely battery of the key lock. The receptionist went back with me to check the problem. Indeed it was the lock. So we had to go back downstairs for the third time to change the room and get new key. All of that time I was carrying my luggage up and down, three times. An offer of a drink from a bar or complementary breakfast would have been a nice gesture after all this unnecessary hassle.

The location is perfect for me right adjacent to the train. the room was very clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished. I enjoyed the breakfast... on previous stays i don't remember that there was an extra charge for breakfast? It was fresh and delicious.

I was disappoint as i had to check out prior to the completion of my reservation but billed for the entire stay. My schedule is too fluid. I need the flexibility to change locations without a lot of notice. I won't stay at this location again nor likely use Bookings after this experience.

Had a convenient stay at the InterCity hotel in Bonn. Friendly staff, clean rooms. Would recommend.

The location was excellent since the hotel was directly next to the train station and thus also to the public transport connections. Breakfast was really delicious and the staff was friendly. Check-in and check-out was uncomplicated.

I would have preferred it if the staff wore face masks due to the pandemic. And one really tiny thing is that I would've liked one extra towel in addition to the 3 towels provided so that one doesn't have to use the paper towels after washing hands.

Perfect location, walking distance to old town. It is next to train station but I didn't feel too noisy. Room is decently equipped.

The cleaning lady of my room was a bit careless. We found nail/hair on floor and the cleaning mop was left on the desk in the room.
