€109 for a 1 night is not worth it!

The location

We were given 2 connecting rooms (ground level) but the other room doesn’t have a heater so its pretty cold (should have informed us ahead of time). The water heater in the shower needs be adjusted every 5 seconds (like a DJ on a turntable). The bathroom is flooded because the silicone stopper on the bottom of the glass panels in the shower are missing.

Good location

The room was large, the bed was comfortable, and the WiFi was excellent. The location was very convenient--to the U-Bahn, train station, and Center of Bonn, and it was quiet.

The shower was horrible; the water didn't stay at one temperature (kept going from hot to cold to scalding), and you had to hold the shower thing as it would stay up. They need to fix their plumbing. Also, the breakfast was fine, but it's in the restaurant next door (which is OK), but it is dark--no one needs mood lighting for breakfast. Also, the lighting in the room was a bit dim (fine for holiday, but not for a work trip).

Cozy room, good location but too many shortcomings.

The hotel had a nice location, fairly close to the old town. We had a room facing away from the street, which meant there was little noise from outside. The room was of a reasonable size with French balcony doors, and it was a cozy room.

The mattress was very soft, and we could clearly feel each other’s movements. The sound insulation between rooms was poor. The hot water in the sink didn’t work, and the shower water fluctuated a lot in temperature, which was uncomfortable.

Great location, big room.

Great location, large room with good facilities. Was a little hot in the peak of summer with just a single fan but otherwise great.

Only a single fan was not quite enough to keep the temperature down with three adults in the room. Didn’t ask for another fan though must be said.

I loved the 70s luxurious vibe it had. Beds were so comfortable and staff were so accomodating of check in and check out times. They were also so kind to celebrate my honeymoon too!

It was just a little stuffy because there was no air con but didn’t bother us too much as it was rainy days.

Very nice locations and great front staff, but cleanliness can be improved

Location is excellent, Wi-Fi is fast enough (not locked with a security code which can be a bit of an issue). Front staff was very nice and helpful.

Cleanliness of the rooms can be improved. After moving the main curtains, a large amount of dust became visible. Also a large amount of dust on top of the fridge.

Location was great. Staff were very nice and accomodating.

I wish there was a chair with a back in the room. It was very difficult to sit at the desk and work. Breakfast was ok -- fruit selection could have been better.

It was a very short stay, it was a good sized room, with 2 balconies to a main road, it was really close to everything.

It is in a great center location. Restaurants, bar, shops, shopping centers right at the door.

Very few things… the Front desk didnt specify where my room was, which floor and how to get to it. The stairs are in spiral, I had to go floor by floor (4 floors up) and elevator wasnt working. Water pressure for cold was very low, so the water was at times really hot.

Great stay, 100% recommend.

The personnel was extremely helpful and kind. The location is super convenient: a 6-minute walk from the Hauptbahnhof and a 5-minute walk from Aldstadt. The common areas and the room were very comfortable: they had a piano which they even let me play. They had complementary snacks, tea, and coffee (I believe this was the case because they are starting or changing administration recently? not sure).

Exceptional service and a beautiful hotel

Staff were attentive and the gentleman at receptiom escorted us to our room. There was a notice on a card to say the hotel was new and 'getting there' and invited us to come downstairs and have a coffee / tea and a glass of prececco on the house. We loved the bath as we only have a shower at home. Their breakfast was only €10pp but we are not really full breakfast people so we gave it a miss. We did have a very good coffee & tea before we left. This was free to all hotel guests. The manager was so friendly and thoughtful, he fetched two delicious croissants from the buffet and offered it to us. The bathroom had complementary earbuds, cottonwool and even earplugs! The bedroom had a library of books to read. There was a fqn, hairdryer and a little bar fridge in our hotel room. The above is rare and we had exceptional service compared to all the hotels we have stayed in around Germany. We shall be back if we ever visit Bonn again 😊 Danke!

Basic but pleasant

Great location and friendly staff. Room was basic but fine for our needs. Bottled water was provided every day.

The room was hot, although there was a fan provided, and there was a lot of noise from the nearby building site, obviously not the fault of the hotel! The shower was difficult to use. The lift broke during our stay which wasn’t an issue for us but could have been a real problem for older or less mobile people.

Perfect location, friendly staff. The room had three portable fans which was very helpful because it was very hot outside. The room had everything that was listed in the description.

There was no air ventilation in the bathroom and since it was quite small the air inside would get very moist very fast after taking a shower. Other than that everything was very nice.

Inadequate laundry provision resulted in having to move to another hotel. zLack of table clearance at breakfast and with 1 hour to end of breakfast clearly inadequate bread supply. On last day breakfast service cancelled.Fault resulted in no TV available. Would seem poorly managed hotel

Lovely stay.

Lovely staff, who speaks English, and answers requests effectively. Hotel near the city center: very practical! Fairly nice breakfast: choice, quality and quantity, open from 6h30 to 10h. Clean room. Included: tissues, towels, toilet paper, shower gel. Bedroom trashcan emptied everyday. Comfortable bed. Beautiful view from my room and from the breakfast room. Nice decoration and music in the lobby. Checking out took less than 5 minutes. Fairly quiet bedroom when the window is closed. Free wifi. Key to enter the hotel after 23h.

Unlocking the bedroom door is difficult (it requires a strange hand gesture with the badge). The free wifi had a few bugs requiring me to disconnect then reconnect my device. A few websites seem never accessible (censorship maybe?). Empty shower gel bottle in the shower cabin (but another bottle in the bathroom was full). The breakfast tables could be cleaner maybe. The trolley in the hotel street is a bit noisy sometimes (closing the window makes it much quieter). The TV had no signal (I don't care though).
