Fair price and good location.

Location is good. Really right at the center of Bonn Altstadt

The hotel itself is under renovation. No facility for breakfast or even a coffee. Missing remote for the TV in the room and only a tiny pillow per person.

If you only sleep and shower it is bareable.

The Bulgarian guy who works there is super sweet and helpful and the location is good.

Everything was a mess, the lobby, the corridors, the room looked worse than a college dorm. I felt like I was in a hostel, also not really clean and for this price definitely overpriced.

Location was good, receptionist was friendly

The room was under construction: no heating (only a noisy electrical heater), no paint on the doorframes, and exposed electrical wiring. Little comfort: no place to put the suitcase, no hangers in the closet, tiny bathroom, only one sheet on the mattress and one pillowcase, the duvet is very small, and there was no breakfast at the hotel. The room seemed clean enough, despite the dirty socks from a previous traveler left in the closet. Everything is painted black in the hallway: walls, ceiling, doors, ven the elevator itself: it looks like stepping into a dungeon. Safety: The door doesn't lock at all from the inside, there's no latch or anything. It opens from the outside with a pin code. When I checked in late at night, the receptionist told me my room number and pin code out loud, while there were a few men in the lobby that could clearly hear. This didn't feel very safe and I would recommend they do not read it out loud. All in all it was a place to sleep, but at almost EUR 200 a night I expected at least the basics to be right.

Disappointing

The location of this property is good. it’s local to all the amenities i.e. bakeries, transport links, restaurants and attractions.

This hotel is not a three star, it felt more like a run down dirty hostel. The interior deco is in poor condition. The one pillow I was given was flat and yellow. I had to ask for another pillow. Which was provided when asked. No mugs, kettles or complimentary items usually found in a hotel. Bathroom was clean, house cleaning did their best, under the circumstances. I found this hotel hugely depressing, fortunately I didn’t spend much time in it. The staff who checked myself in was sarcastic and unhelpful. However other staff were good. I personally would not recommend this ‘hotel’.

Avoid at any cost.

The bed was reasonably comfortable.

A run down, rent by the hour type hotel. A musty smell throughout, especially from the carpets. Room smelled of smoke. No bar, no restaurant, no breakfast, just a vending machine in the lobby with over priced candy. Paint (black walls), fixtures, switches, everything in a bad state of repair. Ongoing renovation meant the only elevator was constantly occupied. Overall very bad value for the charged price.

Staff was wonderful, he was very helpful and candid. I forgot to ask his name. Although the place was not in perfect shape during our stay, the beds were comfy. And the location was superb too.

Location was fine for what I was needed, but the area didn't feel safe.

The hotel was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. staff were polite and kind, the roof was disgusting, the decor was literally falling off the walls, the place smelled bad, the bed was quite terrible, electrical points were barely hanging onto the walls. AC / heating / fan didn't work. There ware also pigeons inside, on the internal stairwell, so im not sure how they got in...

Good location; clean but tiny room; but definitely needs bigger curtains to cover the windows!

The curtains were not wide enough or long enough to cover the window and there was no blind. So full daylight fell on your face when sleeping. For the money - it was a very tiny room - although the bathroom was ok. Finally - it needs a bedside light…

It was a good experience.

Simply you get more than you give. The location was very close to the Christmas Market and restaurants. The room was large enough, the bed was of good quality. Because of the black room design (everything in the room was black and I mean pitch black) and black thick curtains you are able to have a good deep sleep. They refreshed towels and toiletries everyday. Miss Gizem Kumral at the reception was very kind and tried to help me on everything.

You need to get used to dark lighting design of the room, I couldn't even notice there was a mini refrigator at the room for the first few hours because I couldn't see it. Or if you drop something with dark color you need to use the light of your phone. It is not something bad, It is something you do not expect despite the warning on their page.

It was in city centre and also matching with my budget

I was staying 4 days and never changed the towels. Bath room smell bad. Shower was leaking water and is not hanging. Pillows are not comfortable.

Location

Sleeping one night in a room with faulty air conditioning in summer is a difficult challenge to achieve. A double bed attached to the wall was another disappointment. My recommendation is to look for another option.

The Air Conditioner wasn’t working. The paint on the wall wasn’t well done and there was no closet or a place to hang clothes. This hotel isn’t just ready for guest.
