The staff really are fantastic and happy to help, they made the stay. The room was small but ok for my short stay and was in a fantastic location. Breakfast was really good also. Really pleased with our visit.

Pleasant stay very close to Beethoven

The location of the hotel is incredible. The room was a good size and we faced the inner courtyard so it felt peaceful. The room was tidy and smelled nice.

The bathroom was very tight and the shower door didn't reach all the way to the other side so it was easy to flood the bathroom. The mattresses were a bit hard but otherwise the room was comfortable.

This hotel has really exceeded my expectations. There are many reasons for that, but the two key elements are the extraordinary hospital, friendly and forthcoming staff and the location of the hotel, which is in the very center of the city, right in the heart of the pedestrian zone, but also a short 5-minute walk to a major public transport hub. The hotel stay includes having an a la cart breakfast in the next-door cafe, which serves excellent food and great coffee. The rooms are very small, but that said surprisingly functional and comfortable.

Confortable central Hotel with delicious breakfast - great value for money.

The location is very central without cars passing by, so the evenings are quiet. The Hotel is well decorated, uses very well the space it has, and the bed is comfortable. The breakfast is offered in a cozy Café just next door. The food was delicious and the coffee was nicely prepared. It was a great stay at the Hotel and I would stay again.

Superb

Exceptionally hospitable and helping hosts. The hotel is at the very centre of the pedestrian Bonn centre. Very convenient for whatever you may do. Exceptionally clean and cozy. BoConcept furnishing gives a clean and neat glare. The breakfast in the morning is another special aspect that needs to be underlined. Breakfast in its full meaning along with the super friendly staff in the bistro at the ground floor next to the entrance door of the hotel

My room was very small, hardly 20m2 but when you see the smiling positive people in the hotel, hotels bistro bar, cobble stone pedestrian zone, classy behavior and attitude all around you, those 20m2 are irrelevant. Especially if you are for a overnight only.
