Decent bed size, Location in the city and walking distance to/from essential amenities

Had to carry my 23kg suitcase up 3 flights of stairs all alone at night…..thank God i only had one suitcase.

Great location in the centre

Great apartment that had a kitchen sink & cupboards but nothing else. No cups, no kettle, no cutlery etc. This was dissappinting as it was advertised as having these.

There was no air-conditioning. I was expe ting a kettle, cups & simple cutlery but nothing was available. Our friends were in another apartment and left early in the morning as their apartment was super hot. They had a microwave, kettle & cups so we shared the facilities.

Weird experience

Overall clean and modern

Housekeeping opened the door with her key card while I was inside the room, sleeping. She didn't even knock before entering.

I would come back again only to completely renovate the building.

The room was dirty and the furniture was also old. The TV didn't work and the safe didn't work either.

There was work and renovation going on in the building and there was noise so I couldn't sleep while I was sitting there.

Disappointing that room not same quality as others in this accommodation

Our room was dirty, very small, dirty bathroom w stains, stains on the carpet, our room was clearly not updated in years whereas our friends who booked for the same price got modern huge rooms with lovely bathrooms. Our room should have been cheaper or else all rooms should be the same standard

Location. Fridge, microwave and kettle in the room.

No curtains on windows, which is annoying especially under full moon. No wardrobe in the room, though there is space for it. Heating didn't work, though it was just +3 outside. Climbing to the 3rd floor with suitcases on the narrow stairs was a challenge. Due to some works on the ground floor, it was rather dirty there.

Would book it again

Excellent location. Even though in the city center, very quiet too! I love having a microwave and fridge. Also, there was enough space and loads of hangers. Some dishes were available too (plates, cups, glass, and basic cutlery). The bathroom was decent. There was some soap, shampoo, paper, and towels. Check-in was rather simple on the machine, you get a receipt at the end and a keycard. Communication about wanting a room on the lower floor was easy. Great value for money.

I would book this again, but there were a few issues that one needs to be aware of: No elevator (as stated - so not a dealbreaker). Also, the hair dryer did not work (I did not ask for a replacement, I had my own), there is no more giant bowl than a plate (e.g. for the microwave), the carpet is somewhat stained (I did not mind, but be aware) and I was missing some sort of table when preparing food or trying to work.

Central location

The apartment was so dirty!! There was no air conditioning on the top floor therefore the temperature in the room was around 30 degrees. You couldnt open the window either since it is located on one of the main street and it was noisy of the drunk people in the evening and early morning. The facilities were so poor. Not worth the price!

Basic but very clean, comfortable, great location and good value

Fantastic location, right in the heart of Bonn, with lovely restaurants, bars and cafes on the street outside, and the old town just a few minutes walk. The room was very clean and comfortable. Very quiet at night, despite being on a busy street (my room didn't overlook the street). The room was well supplied with a small wardrobe, kettle, fridge and microwave. Also, great value as the chepest place I could find in both Bonn and Cologne.

The only issue was the buidling works that were going on in the hallway downstairs. When I arrived the hallway was a mess and looked a little unsafe with a piece of plasterboard propping up a door and wires trailing down the stairs. No noise in the evening though, and I was out all day, so didn't bother me.

Comfortable, central but quiet building in the middle of city centre.

Very central location. When we found the address, we still couldn't see straight away where exactly it was as the door entrance was beside a restaurant.

Everything was white from stairs corridor to the room. Seemed it lack a bit of character and because it was thru a machine to self-check in, it seemed the building everything was plain. But yes comfortable we must say.

good.exactly what i needed for a business day talking to my contacts.

bathroom large, room adequate size ,location perfect, price very cheap. discrete check in no hassle,towels were clean.

the keycard machine could be complicated for some people.the pad umbers tented to stick.needs spraying with wd40. no toilettries soap shampoo. room safe was locked couldnt open. entry door was locked and so had to keep going downstairs to let friends and business friends in. 3rd floor room.no lift, no door buzzer / entry camera buzzer. for 80% of people, disabled,old,infirm,not accessible so the host is probably losing 80% possible income. if you would like a concierge i could work for you. i speak german france english and basic spanish.

Great experience, clean and prime location.

The rooms are very clean and new, the rooms are spacious. Ours had chairs and a table. Beds were very comfortable and the Pillows too. Location is great! In the middle of all the restaurants and shops.

No elevator or someone to help with the baggage! I had to carry 2 very heavy bags up to the 4th floor. This is the only negative thing about this hotel.
