Perfect for a business trip

Top location right in the city center, clean room and bathroom, late check in possible and check out until 12 is great. Friendly staff, uncomplicated transaction.

Tram station just outside and easy for a cab to stop and pick you up. Go on the backside of the hotel and you are surrounded by shops and restaurants

The location was amazing! You could walk everywhere. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was very quiet and clean.

The room was very small, especially for the price. The breakfast did not have many options (had mainly pastries). No hotel toiletries kit available in the room.

Great location - right next to the central station. Nicely designed (as always), very clean and quiet. I discovered these hotels in Berlin and was so pleased that I immediately booked it in Bonn when I needed to stay there.

I missed more egg selection at breakfast (only boiled eggs).

Quiet and close to the visiting places

Great location, very helpful staff

Great location. Two minute walk to the train station and a grocery store (Rewe) which is open 7 days a week. Convenient to pick up a beer or wine and take back to to room. The staff were willing to give us lots of ice as well. Some places are very reluctant to give you ice, but not here.

Would have been nice to have a minifridge in the room, but the ice they gave us (very generous amount) made up for it, in keeping beverages and sandwiches (well wrapped) cold.

Awesome front desk staff, especially Phillip. Impeccable sound insulation - two window frames on the side facing the railway tracks, we could not hear a sound. Central location.

Really close to the train station, also not far from the Beethoven’s museum. The bakeries close to the station are good.

Great location, 100 meters from Bonn hbf station elevator, leas than 1km to shopping street and 1km+ to Bonn botanical garden. Clean and quiet room with nice air con (2nd floor room). Good room layout. Luggage rack provided. Functional and clean bathroom. Shower area was quite spacious. Bed was comfortable though a bit too soft for my liking but no back pain after one night stay. Highly recommended this hotel.

Would be nice if there's small fridge in the room.

Home away from home

As always, my stay was great. The staff never disappoint, the Gin bar was well stocked and with a little help from our trusty bar tenders we were once again introduced to new and tasty beverages. Due to the hotel being booked out, my request for a room with a specific location within the building could not be fulfilled - but that's fine. My room was still spacious and on par with the high quality Motel One Bonn Hauptbahnhof always delivers. Of course I'll stay there next time :-) Thank you!
