The check in process was confusing as the receptionist confirmed that breakfast was included while acknowledging that we didnt pay for it and the next day when i picked up breakfast plate, I was rudely interrupted that it was not included in front of everyone. The room is also missing basic facilities like iron box, moisturizers, etc.

Very disappointing stay. The hotel is far from everything, and you’ll end up paying €50–100 in taxis just to get to central Milan. Staff is cold and unhelpful. The €16 breakfast is not worth it, the so-called continental breakfast includes canned mushrooms and hot dog-style sausages, basically food from a can. You can find much better meals nearby for under €10. Beer is overpriced too. Overall, not worth the money. I wouldn’t stay here again. Just adding to it. Hotel is clean but staff are not nice.

I chose this hotel for the parking situation. But this hotel is far away from the city center. On the day we checked in, the receptionist was not very welcoming, he did not smile at all. We had dinner at the hotel, food was good but again, the staff at the restaurant were not very courteous. The breakfast buffet was ok, restaurant staff in the morning are better than the night staff.

This property may be cheaper than others but will cost you a ton on taxis. There’s no nearby metro or bus and you need to walk through a highway to get home which is very dangerous. Taxis are super expensive here too

Actually, I booked a two-night stay on hotels from March 31st to April 2nd, but due to personal reasons, I only stayed for one night and then checked out. The hotel told me that the night I didn't stay could not be refunded, which I can understand and accept. But when I checked out the next day, the hotel charged me again. At that time, I thought that hotels plateform only deducted the money for one night, so I paid by credit card for another night. Now the situation is that I only stayed for one night, but they charged me for three nights and refuse to give back the repaid amount to me with no explanation. I write down my experience in this hotel on the hotels APP to warn future travelers to pay attention to their front desk routines.

The biggest concern with this hotel is its location. It is far away from the city and the airport, and there isn't even a store nearby. I chose Holiday Inn because it typically guarantees comfort, but this particular hotel barely made the cut. The rooms are small, and while the parking is free, the AC control gave us a headache.

Lovely hotel and very helpful and friendly staff. Very good restaurant. Very reasonably priced (room, restaurant and bar). On the very edge of Milan (furthest subway stop, which also requires a bus). The walk from the bus stop is not far but the neighborhood is sketchy. Taxi to airport was expensive ($135 euros).
