Overal value for money!

Good location well located close to the M1 and a value for money option. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good and in the price. Also the parking was good protected at the basement.

Pillows were rather hard or old. Hotel would need some caring or small renovations.

Noise, insects, and broken things... Wouldn't stay again

Only good thing was the breakfast. At night it was very noisy (hallway + outside), window made flapping sounds even when locked, flying insects in the room, door lock was broken, bed felt like sleeping on the ground, and some lights didn’t work

The staff was polite

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Bed Bugs in Room I booked two rooms at this hotel for my family (3 adults and 2 children), and to our shock, one of the room had bed bugs. This made our stay extremely uncomfortable and distressing, especially with young children. We were awake whole night. Even though the Staff changed our room around 12:30am none of us could sleep due to the fear of bed bugs. A hotel should meet basic standards of cleanliness and hygiene, and this was completely unacceptable. We expected a safe and comfortable environment, but instead had to deal with a serious issue that ruined our trip. I would strongly urge management to take immediate action to address this problem. Guests deserve better. Until improvements are made, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. The Breakfast was average.

Staff were helpful and friendly.

1st room had water leak from ceiling. 2nd room had wallpaper peeling off the wall and wooden panel was coming off the wall too. Wifi signal was weak.

Great old fashioned with bad WiFi and breakfast

It’s very beautiful old fashion hotel 🥰 Location is perfect - it’s located near subway station. Underground parting is available and free for guests. Big supermarket is in the nest building. Staff is welcome and friendly.

WiFi is almost absent(( AC works strange - it worked 30 min then stopped and you need to switched it on again and again. We didn’t like breakfast, it’s really poor.

Well, yes, it is not brand new and it may need some refurbishment. Marble bathroom tiles just do age, but there are all amenities you need.

The restaurant on the side was good with knowledgeable and friendly staff providing good food and wine. Breakfast area is a nice spot.

Appalling WiFi. This is not a business hotel. Also, so dark in the room. 3 small lamps to light quite a generous sized room. PIR lamp in the bathroom, which was set for such a short duration I had to finish my shower in the dark.

we messed up in our selection of this hotel.

we only like the hotel outside look and location was ok near to metro subway 250-300m walk. next to a super market and an open area and quite good restaurants around.

we did not like the air conditioning system. the room was so hot we could not sleep well and it can’t be adjusted. the bathroom was not clean and in general corridors need extra deep cleaning. the poorest breakfast we have ever had in our 45 countries travel.
