Clean simple stay, convenient location

The room was small but functional. We had a nice size bed, small desk, side tables, and the bathroom. The bathroom had a vanity, toilet, bidet, and shower. They provided bar soap, body wash, and shower cap. There was a community kitchen available if you needed. Check in was a bit strange, had to coordinate a time, then wait for him to come to the door and let us in. But, communication was good and prompt and it worked out fine. Location is about a 7 minute walk to the metro station (red M1 line), so that was really convenient for getting into and around Milan.

The name of the place is "Bed and Breakfast", but be aware that no breakfast is provided. I likely missed that detail in my flurry of making reservations, but just something to note. You have a community kitchen if you want to make something yourself.

very comfy experience, we loved it

For us it was the best stay we had in Italy, everything was perfect, the room was so nice and very clean and there was water, tea, coffee ,milk everything you might need available, the system of locks was smart and Angelo was extremely helpful and nice in all aspects, whenever we call him for any help he just replies on the spot, the view was lovely, the house was cozy and the balcony in our room and outside in the kitchen was so good, the metro is 7 min away, and it took around 20 min to reach city center

Good value for a quick stay

Great location for the Carroponte (we were staying for a concert) and metro. Surprisingly quiet even though our room overlooked a main road. The air con was great, the bathroom had toiletries and the bed was comfy. We slept well!

Very good and comfortable!

Angelo was really helpful and welcoming. The room was very clean and exactly as described. The location was very good, close to the metro and 20 mins far from the center. We had a shared kitchen with terrace where you can cook and also drink your coffee. I really enjoyed our stay!

It was amazing, we are very glad that we have chosen this apartment. That was a pleasure to stay there. Very clean and welcoming place. We liked it a lot, it’s not so far from the center. Every day cleaning. Many many good things in the kitchen including first and kit. Angelo is sooo cool and always keeps in touch.

We were so pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It's my first time entering a hotel room that smells like a luxury boutique. Everything was sparkling clean and the bed linen and towels were snow white. The kitchen and veranda are shared, but we felt like it was all to ourselves. We parked for free in front of the hotel.

Rooms were wonderful - pretty much like proper hotel rooms with towels, sheets, aircon, desk, chair, TV, wardrobe, safe etc. There’s a kitchen which has everything you’d ever need if you want to cook there. The host Angelo is really wonderful and accommodating too. Much better to stay here if you want to save on a bit of money, than pay the higher prices for central Milan. There’s a direct line which gets you to the city centre within 20 min and the station is only a few minutes walk down the road.

It is not in the city center, but it is near a subway station, which is the last point of a subway zone for Milan. You can walk to the station in 10 minutes. There is a supermarket in 5-min walk, and there are free parking lots in front of the building. There is no sign for the B&B from outside, but the host was helpful, we find it out how to go inside with his help.

Comfortable bad, lovely patio and useful kitchen. Angello was helpful and available for all the requests and questions. The price is great. Recommend to book this hotel.

It was hard to find the place for the first time. The cleanness could be better. The breakfast is “italian” ( coffee + croissant/toast) The distance from the center.

Highly recommend apartments. Blackout on windows, very warm, very clean, 2 minutes to get to metro. Very affordable price. The host - one love ❤️ If you have a car you can easily park near the building. Can recommend the pizza restaurant near the hotel, also you can grab some fresh fruits 24/7 in the market near the entrance to your apartments

clean but noisy

cleaning service everyday was nice, the cleaning lady was very kind. Location is fine, closeby supermarkets. Included breakfast is fine. Ther eis TV, Ac and heating.

the noise, so much noise from outside but mostly inside. The kitchen has no door so people go and eat and drink at all hours of night causing noise to the rest of rooms. Bed not comfortable at all, neither pillows. walls are so thin you can hear other rooms
