Excellent stay with easy access to the city

We had a great stay! The place is located in a very quiet area and the rooms, including the bathroom, are spacious enough. Getting around was easy as it’s well-connected by metro. We really appreciated the excellent communication and the seamless online check-in process with clear instructions.

The only minor issue was the bed—the screws on the legs were a bit loose, so it was a little wobbly. Other than that, everything was perfect!

The hotel was fantastic, but the absolute highlight of our stay was the INCREDIBLE staff, especially Livio! Not only does he impress you with outstanding service and going above and beyond to help, but he also entertains with the most wonderful stories (and what a fascinating background he has!). If you visit Milan or this hotel, add listening to Livio's background to your to-do list! From the very first moment, he made us feel genuinely cared for. We honestly felt like we paid far too little for the level of service we received. Even the cleaning staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. They assisted us far beyond what was required and did everything they could to make our stay smooth, like cleaning our room really, really quickly so that we could settle in faster (And if you’re reading this — to the lovely woman with glasses — I was trying to tell you on our last day that you are absolutely bella! 😊). My arrival and departure times were quite chaotic, but the team did everything they possibly could to accommodate my unusual schedule and all last-minute changes. Without their support, I honestly wouldn’t have been able to enjoy Milan the way I did. They truly made my trip a thousand times better. Such a kind, warm, and dedicated group of people! they truly made the stay special. I would happily return just because of them. The location of the hotel is also very good! Less than 20 minutes away (by metro) from every major station. In fact, there's a big train station only 2 stops away where one can catch trains for Lake Como, and other big cities! The hotel is also very close to the nearest metro (7-8 minute walk).

The only uncomfortable thing was the bed. It was probably a standard single, but it felt slightly smaller than expected (and slightly unstable). That said, it was a very minor issue compared to everything else.

It was great value for money, comfortable, clean with a lot of eateries close by.

It would have been helpful to have some basic information on how to get there from the station, we got a taxi as we had no idea how to get there, but it's very easy once you get your bearings.

Excellent price quality stay

1. Location - easy access to the M1, 15-20 min to Duomo 2. There was a coffee machine near to reception (very good coffee). There was a water machine but I believe you can only buy it while staff present (8.30 am-8,30 pm) as it was locked by key 3. Nearby(1 min walk) a small corner shop with water and other groceries open till late 3. Room was clean and at request towels changed daily 4. Very quiet 5. Staff was very nice and polite 6. Only 2 min walk away from the property was a coffee shop Penatti bakery that have plenty VEGAN options

1. I asked the reception for an iron and they don’t have it. 2. I wish there was a kettle to boil the water. 3. The hairdryer worked for a few seconds and then stop so I went to the reception and they give me another one

Andata bene!

Ero un po' preoccupata per via delle recenti recensioni negative che avevo letto della struttura, invece è andata molto bene. La pulizia non era impeccabile, ma sono capitata in strutture davvero brutte (fantomatici hotel 4 stelle che di 4 avevano soltanto il voto da prendere). Chiaramente bisogna accontentarsi, ma per me che sono stata solo 1 notte è stato perfetto, soprattutto per la possibilità di fare self check-in. Per la zona: è vicino al trasporto pubblico, il che potrebbe essere sia un bene che un male, di certo è una struttura di appoggio e non per lunghi soggiorni (almeno per me). Il parcheggio si può trovare a pagamento in zona, qualora si venga con la macchina (bisogna avere un po' di fortuna).

Comodità nel self check in, stanza pulita con tutto il necessario, TV smart, riscaldamento subito funzionante Vicinissimo alla metro 7 Min a piedi da Sesto Marelli

È andato tutto bene unica piccola cosa è che si sente tutto dalle altre stanze anche sciaquone e doccia e quindi se capita un vicino rumoroso potrebbe essere un problema per alcuni

Personalul: Cristian a fost foarte amabil si ne-a oferit toate informatiile necesare. Salteaua a fost comfortabila. Caldura a fost ok. Ar fi minunat daca ati adauga un termos in camera.

La baie, in zona dusului se vad urme de mucegai pe rostruri. Dusul este fix ( ai caschete de dus ca sa nu te uzi pe cap), presiunea mica la apa, iar covorasul de la iesire din dus - care absoarbe apa de pe picioare, era incarcat cu apa si sapun, nu a fost o experienta placuta.

Raczej średnio, ale klimatyzacja zazwyczaj działa, pokój jest codziennie sprzątany i wymieniane ręczniki na świeże, blisko sklep i metro i w pokoju jest duże lustro.

Zaczynając od tego że instrukcja dostania się do hotelu jest nieczytelna, wszędzie informacja że na miejscu nie będzie recepcji - a normalnie jest, prąd w pokoju działa kiedy chce, wygląda to jakby był „wyłączany” na jakiś czas - nie działają gniazdka i światło, więc rano wstajesz z nienaładowanym telefonem, a jak przychodzisz wieczorem po calym dniu, to musisz siedziec po ciemku. Ściany są bardzo cienkie, jest strasznie głośno i ciągle to brzmi jakby ktoś chciał wejść do pokoju. Mimo zaznaczenia opcji 2 osobnych łóżek na miejscu zastało nas tylko jedno. Poza tym okolica nie jest zbyt przyjemna nie czuć się tam bezpiecznie. A na koniec prysznic - posiada tylko deszczownice od góry z której woda leci w każdym kierunku, odpływ się od razu zapycha przez co woda wylewa się poza brodzik i trzeba podkładać ręcznik żeby nie wylewała się na całą łazienkę. DODATKOWO ostatniego dnia rano nie było już ciepłej wody, gdzie wymeldowanie jest o godzinie 11, wiec trzeba bylo sie myc w zimnej - słaba sytuacja. Za taką cenę nie warto - lepiej znaleźć coś bliżej centrum i trochę dopłacić niż się męczyć. Ewentualnie szukać noclegu w Bergamo:)

Toccata e fuga

L’accoglienza , è stata la nota positiva del soggiorno

Le lenzuola erano gialle . C’era un animale sul muro il ragazzo del reception lo tolto con un pezzo d carta ma la stanza aveva le menate sulle porte e il bagno non era pulitissimo. Non ho fatto foto alla stanza perché veramente non lo meritava . Delusa !

Hotel con pochi fronzoli ma davvero eccezionale!

Struttura situata nella periferia di Milano, nello specifico a Sesto. A circa 10 min a piedi dalla fermata Sesto Marelli, un po’ nascosta nelle viuzze abbiamo trovato questo accogliete e semplice hotel. Pochi fronzoli ma tutto al suo posto. Pulito, ordinato, bagno grande e letti comodissimi. Direi che è stato tutto perfetto considerando che si tratta di un hotel a 1 stella (per me sarebbe anche superiore per la qualità). Self check-in davvero facile.

Posizione un po’ periferica rispetto al centro della città e non immediatamente individuabile ma tutto facilmente superabile. La metro a Milano funziona e ci arrivi ovunque.

Localização ótima para quem vai a concertos no carroponte, janelas com bom isolamento, quarto grande e super limpo, funcionários muito simpáticos. Para o preço qualidade acho que está bastante bom.

O frigorífico pequeno fazia imenso barulho de noite. Não tinha nem ar condicionado nem nenhum cobertor/coberta na cama, o que foi incomodativo numa das noites que esteve mais fresco. A cama era um pouco dura.
