Overall ok but not worth 500€ for 4nights

Good location. 5 mintes from metro and 20 min away from city center. Large bathroom with bidet.

Staff at reception asked for passport when we asked for a kettle to boil some water. I had to give my passport and return the kettle to get my passport back. walls of hotel room were dirtly and not clean.

Overall good hotel, but for me it was a bit noisy and overpriced.

Good location, metro is a few minute walk from the hotel. Cleaning staff does a great job.

Can be a bit noisy, especially when heavy furniture is moved in the room above.

Great view and easy transport to city's center

The room was clean and comfortable. The view from the 11th floor was impressive. We had room 1110, which was in the corner of the building with a panoramic view of the surroundings. Our reservation was without breakfast, we decided to pay extra for it (9,50€/person). I recommend having breakfast in the hotel as it was very nice with many choices. The metro station was very close to the hotel (5 minutes walk) with a direct connection to Duomo station.

The neighborhood seems a little scary, especially at night, with many abandoned buildings to the itinerary from the metro station to the hotel.

Wouldn't stay again

Staff friendly and location good for catching Metro into Milan centre. Secure parking at a reasonable price of €12 per day

This is where it goes wrong... Property is run down and in need of serious repair/investment. While the location is great for the metro it is not good for noise. The hotel is at a busy intersection and it is extremely noisy, traffic noise is loud and prominent in the room all day and all night even on the 12th floor, in fact every noise is. Our room was right at the end of the corridor, yet the bell for the lift and people coming and going were clearly audible every time someone used it. Room small, only 1 pillow provided, lack of charging sockets, bathroom fan didn't work so you had a steam room every time the shower was used, TV didn't connect, windows open far enough to jump out... NOT child friendly! Think I have said enough, you get the idea. Won't stay again.

Very clean hotel. Not super close to attractions though.

The hotel was extremely clean. Good airconditioning is always a plus! The front of house staff were very friendly and helpful with calling taxis. On the second day, I found a great bakery/ cafe in the Galleria behind the hotel. Extremely reasonably priced and much friendlier than the cafes further up the road. Possibly my fault as I have zero Italian. Controversial, but I actually enjoyed the numerous sirens from the busy street out front that my room faced. Quite exciting :)

The rooms would benefit from a kettle and coffee/tea making facilities. They sell sachets to make hot drinks, but there's no kettle. I would even have been happy to hire one. As there is no restaurant on site (though there is breakfast), some kind of in-room amenities would be appreciated. Though some restaurants are recommended, perhaps a link to delivery services would help guests to manage before they are able to get their bearings and venture out. First night in Milan and I ended up with a kebab shop pizza :(

It's too pricey for what it offers

Uncomfortable beds, both mattresses overused, so in the middle was like a hole. There is no space for clothes whatsoever. A great variety for breakfast but under par quality for almost everything. The coffee it is terrible.

Good air conditioning. Safe large enough for a laptop. Comfortable beds. Helpful and polite reception staff. Close to the metro.

Rooms have zero noise isolation. The shower is flooding the bathroom. Sometimes impolite and pushy staff at breakfast.

Гатэль знаходзіцца блізка да метро і даволі танны ў параўнанні з іншымі прапановамі. За паўгадзіны можна дабрацца амаль да кожнай турыстычнай кропкі. Някепскі ложак. Ёсць вешакі і сейф. У чэрвеньскую спёку кандыцыянер у нумары быў вельмі прыдатным.

Побач шумная дарога, мала кафэ і рэстарацый, таму заўсёды прыходзілася ехаць на метро ў іншае месца за сняданкам. Шумная вентыляцыя, з-за якой цяжка было заснуць, таму прыходзілася прыадчыняць вакно на ноч. Вялікі мінус - адна разетка ў нумары. Ванны пакой пакідае непрыемныя ўражанні: у душавой кабіне у кутах заўважная цвіль (напэўна, праз кепскую вентыляцыю), зліў мыйні быў без верхняга клапану, так што лёгка можна было нешта выпадкова выраніць туды. Гумкі шкляных дзвярэй душавой кепска прылягаюць, таму падчас мыцця вада пачынае трохі выліваецца з душавой на падлогу і стварае лужыну.

Great hotel, in a great location

Room was clean and airy. I liked that we could open the window. Staff were very friendly. Bed was so comfortable.

The room cleaners are sometimes lazy. They don't clean properly and sometimes flip the hanging paper on the door just so they don't clean it (we needed our room to be cleaned properly because it's a long stay) ! Happened to us many times not just once.

The hotel is very close to the Metro 1 line, which is 25mins to Duomo. Supermarkets, restaurants near by. The rooms are very clear.

It's too noisy, because its on big Boulevard and from corridors coming so much loud too. Not enough sockets, none near the bed

Terrible audibility, I could hear every other door opened and closed on the floor. And I could hear everything happening outside in the Street with the closed windows. impossible to sleep. There was No water in the room offered. simple water. Wash sink was broken.

Superb

For me location, customer service, and breakfast cannot miss when I am looking for a place to stay. By staying in BB you will find that the customer service/ personnel of the hotel, is very friendly and helpful. At the same time, it is clean, and breakfast was 10+ points, very abundant and with too many options.

The only "less positive" aspect regards to the fact that was not central, but because of that it is also cheaper and affordable. And believe me, in terms of price-quality, it is undervalued compared to the prices in more centric areas (e.g: closer to the Duomo). However, distance was not a big deal because the Metro works perfectly well, and you can purchase the 3-day offer paying a fix price and travelling as much a su want.

Good value for price, but needs better beds!

While not central, the hotel is located within 5 min walk to the subway in a quiet residential area, so it was never a problem to reach the touristic attractions and come back late at night. The staff was nice, and the room was very clean, with a safe at our disposal.

The room's isolation was very poor, we could hear everything from the hallway and the other rooms nearby. The beds were not comfortable at all, it was tough to fall asleep at night.
