Everything was really good, the staff was very friendly, the breakfast -great, the room big enough and clean, the location ideal- close metro station and M1 directly to Duomo cathedral.

The people really tries to accommodate our simple needs and made them happen
We booked with my wife and baby and the first room was in the old wing where the stroller couldn’t fit in the elevator and the room had no movable shower head to bathe the baby . I made a complaint and they accepted to transfer us to the newer wing . It was a bit of a hassle and time consuming but after that it was ok . The other room was smaller but ok
