Very clean product , professional staff , 15-20 mins walk from most food places and 30 mins walk away from city centre

It was not bad but mybe a bit disappointing for a 4 star hotel

It was some what decent staff were helpful and free parking

The hotel and the facility felt like a 2-3 stars hotel never a 4 star hotel. Could be cleaner The coffee/tea corner can improve to level up to a 4 star hotel.

Positive stay, will come back

Good hotel for a quick stay in Milan. It was on our way from Bergamo Airport to the city center. No thrills but very modern, clean hotel with a very good price for Milan in July

Taking chances on a 4star could be better

The pillows and room curtains which could cover fully the window. As well the new tooth brushes and the reception male staff which was always nice and Although there were constructions ongoing around, area seemed peaceful and safe.

The shower had only a the big mushroom on top with limited flexibility. There wasn't any boiler, nor extra blankets or pillows unless expressly requesting them.Room was small for the bulky furniture and the air conditioner was preset to a maximum of 21 degrees. We had daily rain and 7-8 degrees in the morning so the chance to have it warmer would have been nice.The girls at the reception seemed judgemental and not customer oriented. Also 200 meters away from the hotel was a truckload of stinking trash for 2 days which was highly unpleasant to cross next to.

Nice place to stay. Not far from the city. Friendly staffs.

Very quiet environment not far from the city. Just 3 minutes walk from the metro station. Room size is nice, convenient to place personal belongings in the provided space. Staffs are friendly with smile. The hotel is close to Bicocca village with a lot of restaurants and Parco Nord.

Mediocre, sometimes dirty.

We had to switch rooms twice , first time lock didn’t work , I explained the issue and said it was the lock. Nobody wanted to go upstairs at first so after receiving a second card , going upstairs to 7 floor and going down again I got some attention. After checking the lock we got another room. Which was dirty and under bedsheets we found some weird substance…bathroom was also dirty so here we go again and after 40 min going back and forth from 7th floor to reception we got our final room. Staff started to be nice after second room dirty. Voucher for breakfast was nice gesture but overall I would say it was quite exhausting experience making this kind of checkin with tired 2 years old.

Comfortable and clean

Nice and clean. Close to the metro station, so the city centre was easy to reach.

The windows could not be opened, but that was the only thing. The rest of the stay was great.

There was a Lidl nearby and metro is 5min away

Hygiene of the room was bad. First room had many ants crawling around. Switched the room, and the next room had stains on the bedsheet. Carpet looked awful as well

Hotel is located out of center but you can use public transportation.... i was using a car, thus having free street parkıng possibility was quite well.

Hotel needs to make some investmwnts. Carpets, curtains even paints are old. Additionally Windows are locked, you cannot get fresh air.

Family of 4 Vacation.

To be honest, the bathroom. As it had clearlybeen refurbished recently. Location to train station was fine...but awful neighbourhood!! Restaurant/Hotel Cafe Cappuccino was very good.

Room - Size of room was really small. Pics are very deceiving. We had 2 rooms. Cleanliness - was not great. Amenities - there are none! Not even a kettle in the room. We also asked for an iron, but we're told no. You have to go to the 5th floor; where the iron is chained to the board! WTH! Staff not particularly friendly. Location - neighbourhood is awful. Police lurking. Smashed cars. Like being in a council estate.
